As far as I can tell, the countdown is until midnight on 27 May (i.e. the start of the 28th) no matter where you are in the world. So the countdown is different depending on where you are. Presumably we'll be looking at an announcement some time after midnight GMT.

I knew that. And I still typed GMT. My daily coffee has well and truly worn off.

No doubt it's a prequel to DMC written by Charlie Higson writing as Seb Faulks writing as Ian Fleming.
Now that's funny.

Okay, then it is hooked into our IP/time zone. The counter at YBD and IFP read the same to me. Thanks.I did check out the counter at Youngbonddossier.com and that counter says;
00:22:03:xx
and at the same time on Ianfleming.com it says;
00:13:03:xx
so...? btw i'm living in Sweden (GMT + 1 hour) and the local time here is 10:57 AM...and its time for lunch bye for now
Wonder if the announcement page is set to go up automatically?
Oh boy. You'll have to let us know what you see in 3 hours, Craig.Here in New Zealand it is less than three hours to midnight and according to the IFP website countdown, the announcement is due in less than three hours also. But whether they wait until midnight GMT, who knows.

No. Really. That is the title of the first new Ladybird YOUNGER BOND book, centring on 007 at nursery.

Ooooo...you are our eyes then, sharp!As I type this, 33 minutes to go for me.
But if I had to bet, I think whatever is going up won't go up until 12 BST.

Refreshed it a few times, but that's all that's there. As said, it probably goes up at 12 BST.

Can you screen capture the Now? Any clues in the font style, etc?
To be honest, it's the same font as the countdown. It just says Now! with no links or anything behind it, and it's not clickable, nor is the logo above.

Yep I dont think it will be automatic, they will have paid someone minimum wage to stay up and upload the new page at the strike of midnight. The countdown timer is just a timer by ricocheting.com.

Sure. As you can see, nothing particularly remarkable about it:Can you screen capture the Now?

If it even goes up at midnight BST. It could be they'll post it up when they come in for the day, so we really might not see anything until tomorrow. No doubt I will be asleep when it goes up. But it will be fun to turn on the computer in the AM and see the news on CBn. Old school!Yep I dont think it will be automatic, they will have paid someone minimum wage to stay up and upload the new page at the strike of midnight. How exceptionally odd - a big countdown and then before it's even done, you can read it in the papers.
Hmm.

Way to go Mi6. Screw-ups.
It was in the Guardian I read it in. Didn't know it had hit Mi6 till much later - the Guardian page does seem to have vanished now.

Hey, DouglasJ. Maybe you can go back and hide the relevant sentence in a SPOILER tag?

I can go to bed early now. Shame it has been leaked early as I would rather got it from IFP website. Bit of a buzz kill!

I'll hold my thoughts until it's officially out there.

Done.
I would like to extend my apologies to anyone who saw it, I just assumed since it was in the paper it was now 'public domain' - I never considered the possibility of a leak. Again, I'm very sorry to all concerned.
