I think it look s amazing what i am woried about is that if the bond films pump so many action sequences it might feel like a mission inpossible movie
I don't think you should be too worried, Mavalant. I'm sure the team at Eon know what they're doing, as they did with CR, and will give us a nicely balanced film. Remember, trailers for movies like this are usually pretty selective in showing action scenes etc. to grab the general movie-going audiences' attention, rather than display the film's quieter moments.

Except in cases like, say, Hancock, where the trailer shows ALL the interesting moments of a movie.I think it look s amazing what i am woried about is that if the bond films pump so many action sequences it might feel like a mission inpossible movie

Exactly. They want to get as many people to see it as possible. Success relies on more than just all the Bond fans going to see it. They want action, mystery, espionage and plot-driven movie fans to go along too.

Short but sweet.
Yep. Not much to go on - seems to be mainly boat related!
I liked the look of the AM chase!

Hmm that clip was pretty slick but it all kind of seems Bourney with all that running and flipping...i dunno...
Not a coincidence because they hired the action choreographer from the Bourne series. And I have no problem with that!

I found it very difficult to judge given that twelve things happen in the space of nine seconds.Hmm that clip was pretty slick but it all kind of seems Bourney with all that running and flipping...i dunno...

I agree. basically a flash of each scene for a fraction of a second.I found it very difficult to judge given that twelve things happen in the space of nine seconds.Hmm that clip was pretty slick but it all kind of seems Bourney with all that running and flipping...i dunno...

The Bike Jump and Car chase appealed most. The Boat chase looked good also. But it was such a mini snippet that you cannot really tell. The overall look of the film looked stunning though. Bright colours etc... Will this be Craig's "Spy" with all the action in this one ? I am sure messrs Haggis and Forster will include good story and dialogue along with it though.

Some of us seem to be worrying that Quantum of Solace will be all action and no content due to Forster's (?) comments that it will be 'fast'; I have no problems with something that is essentialy an action / adventure film moving 'fast', having 'Fleming Sweep' so to speak, and I have faith that the creatives (Broccoli, Wilson, Forster, Craig) won't settle for a loud, dumbed-down rehash of Casino Royale. This will be one of the great Bond movies! We all live in the Age of Craig! Hurrah!

There's no plans to follow any of the storyline from the fourth book in the series - Eric Van Lustbader's "The Bourne Legacy". They do have plans to set a lot of the action in South America this time though.
Ha! Bourne is ripping off Bond now!

At this past Tuesday's Saturn Awards, producer Frank Marshall tells IESB that he hopes to be shooting a fourth 'Bourne' movie next Summer for release in 2010.

Note that blaming new trailers as "too similar as the latest movie that was a hit fill in the blank" is a sport on the internet, where it seems people can only remember the movie made in the last 4 years.
Walking, running, jumping, breathing in your movie ? "too similar as Bourne !". A car chase ? "too similar as Bourne !". A clock ticking by ? "24 !". Just shows the profound level of some people culture LOL

Cool. I'd love to see BOURNE 4. It's the only ongoing franchise I'm interested in other than Bond.

That and Batman. Apart from that, there's no other franchise that excites me.
