I've got one - on Le Chiffre's yacht, when he and Kratt are looking at the laptop, you can see Valenka in the shower in the background! Sadly she's still wearing her swimsuit though.

Noticed anything new on the DVD that you didn't previously catch in the theatre?

Ditto! I'm pretty sure I don't remember that from seeing it in the theater.
This next one is more of a comparison: the text in the main title sequence looks really small compared to previous Bond DVDs and when I saw Casino Royale in the theater.

Are you kidding?
I didn't catch the dialogue either time, from looking at her!

I remember noticing that and thinking 'Why would she be wearing her swimsuit in the shower?'...

It's like having a shower next to a swimming pool. To wash off the salt water or chlorine.Noticed anything new on the DVD that you didn't previously catch in the theatre?

If I'm right, wasn't Barbara Mawdsley the name Raymond Benson created for Dench's M, in one of his novels or novelisations? If so, does this mean that a continuation novelist has had, for the first time ever (well, ignoring any possible borrowings from Gardner by Eon), a small bit of direct and undeniable creative input on one of the films? Or did Purvis and Wade or whoever come up with the name on one of their scripts but not actually get round to using it onscreen until now?
Also, when Bond is sending his resignation e-mail in Venice, at least one of the names on his laptop screen is that of an Eon employee. And given his "stationary request", it appears that 007 doesn't know how to spell "stationery", unless he is in fact asking to remain in the same place without moving for a while (which is possible, since he's holidaying with Vesper), rather than seeking a fresh supply of pens and notebooks.

Ah yes, I did freeze frame on Bond's email screen myself, and also noticed that. What is that all about? Why would he need to email someone asking for stationary? I'm sure this is an in-joke to somebody somewhere.

Well, perhaps that's the whole joke right there - the great James Bond, possessor of amazing gadgets and guns, needs mundane items like biros and notepads too! (Which he must request from the same department that issues this stuff to Moneypenny, Villiers and everyone else.) Raises a small smile, no? It's something I noticed on my first cinema viewing, and I found it quite amusing, although I didn't see the spelling mistake until I was geeky enough to use the DVD pause button.
OTOH, maybe there is a more complicated in-joke behind it.

When Bond shoots Dryden and he flips backwards over his chair I noticed a quick cut scene which isn't easy to see, when I froze the scene I saw that Drydens hand lashes out onto his desk and swipes a photo frame containing a picture of him with his wife and child onto the floor.
As I said it's cool and adds a little depth to what in other Bond films would have been a throwaway badguy, shame it wasn't clearer in the film. Have a look for yourselves everybody!

Is it just me, or does Bond, when he says "I thought 'M' was just a randomly assigned letter - I had no idea it stood for----", go on to say 'Mawdsley'? To my ears, he says it pretty quickly, and M cuts him off just as speedily, but having played it back a couple of times I'm fairly certain that he does say that name. Or am I completely wrong?

I actually heared a "Maw..." just before she cut him off

It was in theaters...I caught it the second time around I think.
Personally, I didn't remember Daniel telling the taxi driver to 'wait here' outside the bodyworks exhibit.

Yeah, I remember that as well. It's hardly noticeable, but still adds a nice touch to the scene.

I saw the picture of his family in the theater, but not his hand reaching for it.

I don't think he's reaching for it on purpose, it's as he's shot and knocked from his chair his arm just lashes out and sends it flying off the desk.

Bond doesn't type in Vesper when entering the password in the casino. He only types in 4 digits and the last number he types in is a 4.

The first one can be heard about 12:52-12:55 into the film (R1) beginning around this shot:

The second is heard between 15:35 and 15:41 starting around here:

The final one is heard as the alarm is sounded from 17:12 to 17:17.

Those times are for the R1 DVD.

Felix Leiter doesn't say hold the fruit.
From my theatrical and home viewing experience he does say " Keep the fruit ".
I also noticed the picture on Dryden's desk, when I saw CR first time in the cinema.
I haven't seen nothing new so far. But then again, I've only seen it one time from dvd and three times in theater.
