I have a terrible habit of going off-topic. Sorry

Let's face it, staying on topic just doesn't last long enough.

Now I'm sure if asked nicely he would gladly give an interview to this site. Provided he's not misquoted, made to look bad or used as fodder to speak badly of him on here.

Sadly, since CBN is the site that broke the story that DC was getting the role, despite EON apparently putting out misinformation to the contrary, I don't believe that EON would allow DC to talk with us, regardless of how much it would be to their advantage. Of course, that's merely my opinion, and I would be all too happy to have them prove me wrong!I'm sure given the chance Daniel would gladly share his training and diet with us all. After all, the man is playing Bond so getting a good buzz out there for his great body would not hurt at all.

All of this sounds usefull, could come in handy bulking up for Varsity Baseball. Thanks!

What positions do you play?
I've never believed in bulking up for baseball, especially if you're a hitter. Hit during the winter - in the end it's infinitely more beneficial than bench pressing. Don't need to bulk to pitch either, just have to be in good cardiac shape.
Or perhaps I'm just grouchy because off-season training ended my "career" last year.

if u r slim you have to work double hard to get bigger..you need a bit of help otherwise u can run on empty in the gym...and also break the bank trying to eat correctly..probably best to help get bigger take a supplement drink.. creatine, or an all-in-one product like maximuscle Cyclone. this will fuel u in terms of your motivation and results. good products are healthy too..no creepy crap rotting your gut. Daniel Craig is in umbelievable shape..u need to be hardcore about your goals to do that.. i mean batman-begins levels of self discipline and mental strength. however if you acieve this u deserve the rewards. i respect the posts taking this seriosly becasue its an intersting subject and getting your life in gear is something worth doing whoever u are, and fitness obviously is a great part of this. bond is icon precisely because he has actually defined a certain real level of male elegance, glamour, luxury and physical prowess and power. i think its cool and i think dc can pull this off.
i always say this to my frineds who flame me for being ionto this stuff.. exercising makes being lazy feel better. its true.. i can laze about playing playstation all day without the nagging undercurrent of self hate and depression!

For the record, I am unable to commit to an hour or so a day. Nor do I want to train for an hour at a time - I lose concentration after 30 mins. What I've been doing works for me. I do a mixture of bar-bell and dum-bell lifting interspersed with push-ups and sit-ups intensively for 20 minutes. Every day. Without fail. This has worked for me because I make the 20 minutes incredibly intensive by setting myself very high targets. Simetimes I reach them, sometimes I fall just short of them and try again the next day.
Just my tuppence worth, if it's of any interest. No, I haven't got a body like Daniel Craig's because that's his body and his body has idiosyncrisies that my doesn't, and vice-versa. You can only work with what you've got, and all of us are different shapes and sizes. I am just over 6ft tall and weight around 12 stone for example. My workout suits me but it mightn't work for someone that is 6ft 5in and 10 stone. You pays your money you takes your choice.

Point Taken....Guess, i'll kidnap him Nov 17 when everybody wont expect it...i'll snatch him in front of cameras and nobody will see a thing...'Aston Martin called it, the Vanquish, we called it the vanish'...Thats gonna be moreover the twist of the kidnapping....I shall kidnapped him and ask for 1000 thousand pound....lol, thats gonna be embarrasing for Daniel at the end of the kidnapping when people will tell him that his kidnapper asked for a thousand pound ransom ....Should asked Mario bruno to pay that sum of money or i'll kidnap both of them and leave them in a room...Daniel and him could play with the carpetbeater among themselves...im betting on daniel...we'll see who's the monk and who's the hitman...Simple as that eh?! How do you go about killing DC when he's in as good a shape as this?!! He could kill most of us with one icy stare. Roll on November.

You probably won't be exactly like him, everyone has different body types, but you can still be the best version of yourself. It takes a long time to reach a peak of physical fitness, and it's an ongoing thing. You can't just train for a while, decide you look good and then drop it. Focus on being a good human being first and being Daniel Craig second

You should eat/drink protien before(about an hour) your workout, and it's very important right after, and I mean within the next 15 min., after your workout to have carbs and protein.I have a question... is it true that eating protein RIGHT AFTER a weight training workout is essential? advisable?
I eat 6 eggwhites for breakfast, then go to the gym workout for an hour then eat a plain wheat bagel (carbs), and drink a Muscle Milk protien shake right afterwards. After work I walk my dogs for a couple miles, then jog 3-5 miles a night.
I lift weights 4 days a week splitting 2 body parts each day. It's very important to have "rest" days, as that is when your muscles grow. My split is chest/tri's, legs/shoulders, and back/bi's. That way you hit the same body part twice a week. It's also very important to change up the exercises. I would highly reccomend keeping a daily log.
You should eat about 5 meals a day, trying to eat a gram of protien per your body weight.
My typical day is the egg whites for breakfast, bagel and protien shake for post work out snack, lunch would be tuna, or chicken breast sandwich, or salad, usually a protien bar for afternoon snack, and a salad with salmon, or chicken for supper.
You can do sit ups, or crunches (which are much better) until the cows come home, but if you are overweight you not going to see a "sixpack" until you lose the weight. You need to do cardio and diet to do this, as crunches won't do it.
I used the word diet before , but it's not really a diet, as much as just changing your eating habits. You can eat quite a lot as long as it's the right food.
Alot of people claim they want to workout but don't "have the time". Those are just excuses. if you want to do it, you will find the time. For me it was giving up an extra hour of sleep, and going to the gym in the morning (which is ideal because there are fewer people then, and it's easier to use the equipment you want).
Muscle & Fitness magazine often has articles with actors who have bulked up for their roles. I can think of Ryan Reynolds (Blade 3), and Thomas Jayne (Punisher) right off the bat. I could easily see them doing the same for DC. Keep your eyes out for the magazine around the Nov. 17th date. If there is an article I will post it.
I don't know if you'd say I have a "Daniel Craig" body, but in my humble opinion I'd say I have a damn good body.
I hope this helps.
ps
I also play on 3 baseball teams (shortstop)and bulking up to around Craig's size is fine as long as you continue to do streching exercises to keep your flexability.

Actually there's quite a few of us here that good give DC a run for his money, fitness-wise. Poker-wise too, I reckon.
