Thanks guys..But how many days could it take?Coz i got exams and assignements and cant go to gym that often...What else could you recommend to a guy?
There is nothing else. You have to put the work in. Even if you went nuts on the steroids, which I wouldn't recommend, you're still looking at months rather than days. Mind you, I don't know what you look like right now.

One other way to get there - get a part time job that involves some physical labour. Get paid for excercising :-)

So you want me to be half monk, half hit man???
Actually, just get a Men's Health or Muscle and Fitness magazine copy. Plenty of workouts there. Daniel Craig just does the same thing, only he's very motivated because it's all in the preparation for the movie.

If one has to loose some fat first, one must usually accept roughly the same amount of time one already spent on putting it on. Always remember, there is nothing gained by rushing. What you want to change is not just your appearence. If you only want that, you're probably better off by buying a new suit or shirt or a pair of shoes. What you really want to change is your life. This is about getting a whole new set of experiences and feelings, in fact a new lifestyle. A more active one. Better, healthier, more productive, like in that song of Radiohead. As crheath already pointed out, take a look at a Men's Health mag (or any other of the thousands of publications) and see what workout is most likely to support your goals. And which one does really make you feel better. That is far more important than mere looks.
But whatever you do, don't expect results by the end of next week! And don't lose your motivation. Changeing ones lifestyle is more of a marathon than a 100-metres-sprint. It's more a question of years than of weeks.

By basis of comparison, I'm 5' 11.5", currently weigh 176 pounds, and my last bodyfat test pegged me at 19 percent.

Does anyone know DC's current physical particulars such as height, weight, bodyfat percentage (that last one, I'd really like to know since it will help with long term goal setting). Is this information available anywhere?

I don't know. I forgot to weigh him and take his measurements the last time I saw him... a joke...

If memory serves me right, DC trained for over four months with a personal trainer.
Not like he was out of shape to begin with though. Pretty good looking in Layer Cake which was 2004.

It was something like "How to look like a greek statue", just the way Pitt did in the movie.
While I was reading it, I kept reminding myself I was not a super fit movie star with a few months ahead with nothing to do but study a script, do a diet and pump up under the exclusive guidance of my expensive PT.
These things take time and a lot of will power.
