Bondian, you have to go for brisk walks or runs and reduce your intake of complex carbos in favour of proteins and vegetables.

OR

You can go get a penis enlargement proceedure.

I'd opt for the former.

How about if I'm already a vegetable and need to wear underpants as long as my trousers?. ROFL

Yeah. You're right, my friend. I need to get out for walks etc. Want to do some 'sit-ups'. but don't want to kill my back. :tup:

I have penned an article over at Bond Lifestyle (in the articles section) on this subject covering DC's training, the training spec ops groups are now using, an effective physique program as well as diet nutrition, recovery and the 'James Bond Diet'.

This is exellent. I'm into my fourth week, and last weekend I managed to play 5 full sets of tennis. Before this, I'd die after one set.

The diet part made me survive my exams, where in the first 2 days I had 12 hours of writing exams.
