Finally watching Casino Royale, then Quantum of Solace and a third go around of SPECTRE.
What Bond movie do you feel like watching?

Me too. I think I wanted to see the 1971 fashion, Q's fake fingerprints, the music, the car chase and the casino scenes.

I realised a few days ago that I haven't actually listened to all of the Bond audio commentarys so I'm up to Diamonds now. Thunderball and OHMSS commentarys are definite favourites of mine.

I forgot about that one!

The first commentary I started was Tomorrow Never Dies. Never made it through and it turned me off to commentaries. But forgot I enjoyed Mendes' Skyfall commentary, so maybe I'll give them another crack.

OHMSS in honor of the memory of Gabriele Ferzetti(RIP). Should make it a double feature with his other big 1969 movie classic, "C'era una volta il West" a.k.a. "Once Upon A Time In The West."

Bit harsh. Whenever I want to break up with someone, I just tell them.

If I wanted to do that I'd stick on Dalton's era!

Thank you for that, Logie! Haven't LOL'd like that on these forums in a few years! (And not just because TWINE was the first Bond I saw with my future ex-wife!)

I watched Thunderball last night, as SPECTRE inspired me. Love the junkanoo scenes - fantastic, and always love Bond's arrival at the casino with John Barry's elegant music.
Tonight I am in the mood for YOLT.

Agreed. That whole Cafe Martinique sequence from Bond's arrival to his beating Largo at baccarat and his wooing of Domino on the dance floor may be the most elegant scene in the entire series.
Tonight I am in the mood for YOLT.
Good idea. SPECTRE has put me in the mood for a YOLT/OHMSS double feature. Perhaps that's one of SPECTRE the movie's best accomplishments, i.e., reintroducing the SPECTRE organization and the films concerning it to a younger generation of film-goers.

With tomorrow's release of the new Star Wars film, I'll say I'm up for a Bond in outer space double feature viewing of Moonraker and You Only Live Twice. That way, I get kind of a Spectre meets Star Wars mix.
