Well, yeah, the build-up to the chase is much longer. It features Bond doing a long dash to his car, tumbling down steps and such, as well as Le Chiffre's car attempting to hit him (it can be glimpsed in the "Filming the Casino" footage).I believe we actually witness Bond chasing down the baddies in the hotel, and the actual car chase is much longer. It's still just a car chase though, no gadgets
The car chase itself is much extended, but I don't know the details of the chase beyond that.

I really have to say, Bonds intro in this movie is going to be the coolest ever. A great moment, indeed.

Damn...
I don't want to sound childish, but... could this get any better?
This reminds me of one question to the script readers: is Paul Haggis' input obvious or it goes unnoticed?
I say this because, from the bits and pieces I have caught so far, Daniel Craig could hardly get a better script for his debut.

Anyone taken aback by the use of the "F" word in the script? Was that really necessary? I know it was used only once to describe the scene
Spoilerbut I think P&W really didn't need that in there. I know they were trying to make a point but I mean, come on.
Maybe that wasn't from P&W.

The reinventing of 007....oy
If this is in reply to the use of the 'f' word. That's not actually part of the film, just a script note that Haggis uses.

Haggis?
That would be my guess.
No, the bit Harmsway mentioned is most definately from the chase scene. As they also show Craig filming Bond running to his car, and I doubt he'd be running to his car if he were dying, at least not running the way he is in that clip.
This is how I tell them apart. If he has his tie on he's poisioned, if not he's going after Vesper.
