Maybe it will say; "if agreed by craignotbond, Bond will return in another Daniel Craig Bond film". :)

It is Dutch for Risk. Though it was clearly intended by Fleming to be a pronunciated (not spelt) form of the Italian word for Risk, which is something very similar.

That would be funny, but I'm sure people will end up getting confused and saying Bond 2.2 is called "720 Days."

Yes, but only the Dutch would see it as Risk - maybe some other European countries taking it for a mispelling. For the rest of the world it sounds rather exotic :P



My only problem with The Property of a Lady is it is far too similar to the titles we had in the Brosnan films, which I'm tired of for a while. I'd like to see it used in a title in the future though, *maybe* Bond 23 (or 24)

Hopefully it would be announced at the start of the end credits. The credits are so much longer these days than in the 1960s/1970s, that it would probably lose it's impact if the announcement that "James Bond will return..." was made at the end of the credits.

James Bond Will Return is far more heroic and iconic than having a seven word title stuck to the end :)



You know what, I agree with you. It just sounds so damn cool. Probably because it sounds almost like a threat. It has the "You can always count on one man" vibe about it.

Whichever they choose I'll be happy with - the "will return in..." for nostalgic reasons or "will return" for the before mentioned reason.

we won't see a specific title for bond 22 at the end of "cr".

since bond 15, with the exception of "cr", it's taken them forever to settle on movie titles once all the major bond book titles and usable short story titles had been used.

just a good old "james bond will return" will be enough for me. let them take their time and zero in on the perfect flemingesque title to fit the film.
