Like 'The Dark Knight'... So, I guess I could live with it being the title.

I could possibly deal with Double Nought Seven, but that's as good as I could imagine. Sounds better than "Double Oh," no?Actually instead of using the numbers 007, it should be spelled out "Double-Oh Seven".

Not sure about that. There have been nine movies where Bond has been referred to as 007 since Blofeld was last referenced. No need to change that now in my opinion.Gives credence to the Blofeld rumor IMO: hard to think of "007" without referencing his uber-nemesis.

Though I like it, I'm afraid that 'nought' would not pass for the same reasons 'Revoked' didn't pass in '89.I could possibly deal with Double Nought Seven, but that's as good as I could imagine. Sounds better than "Double Oh," no?Actually instead of using the numbers 007, it should be spelled out "Double-Oh Seven".

This seems far more likely to me and perhaps more bearable...This is what it should be in my opinion.. Daniel Craig is Ian Fleming's James Bond as "Agent 007".

Well, I guess since we had Licence to Kill, it wouldn't be far fetched to have a film called Double O Seven...
True, and we've all got over Zero Minus Ten, after all.
Not sure I buy it, though.

The word 'quantum' is numerical, though.

Ooh, good call there! And "Zero Minus Ten" is numerical too
On the other hand, its kind of outrageously cool, and ballsy, to simply call it "007". Thumbs up from me. Kind of suspect it isn't true though.

The Dark Knight
Rocky Balboa
007
Pretty popular naming scheme.

Anyway, the title's pretty shocking if we've got it right. But I like shocking.

(It will clearly be called Beyond The Ice.)

So is "Casino Royale II"!
And "Bond 22", as someone has already noted!

See the post right above yours.Has anyone actually seen the interview in which Craig says this? Before we all go completely crazy about this very-likely-to-be-nonsense rumour?

Incidentally, the fact that it makes no sense and should have been for the last film makes it more likely to be true, not false, in my view. Dench was M in the reboot, chaps. But still... I can't really see it happening. I really think that
QUANTUM
OF
SOLACE
__7
is a possibility.

Like Harmsway said, someone else claims to have seen this (although they may have taken their story from the IMDB forums). I have however not tracked down the video of the interview yet, which was said to have taken place on the UK programme "This Morning". I have no reason to believe that this quote is made up though.Has anyone actually seen the interview in which Craig says this? Well, I have no reason to believe it. It's a quote on an internet forum! The idea that it might have been misquoted or made up is, well, quite likely, considering, isn't it? Prior to CR, there was a poster who came on here who claimed that Brosnan was returning and that they had inside knowledge of this - they later gave this info to a website, who ran it, and it got picked up all over the world. But the poster had no inside knowledge at all - just wanted Brosnan back. Made it all up. Happens every day on the interweb. Hence, I'd like to see the video with my own eyes. Can't find it anywhere. Hmmmm...
If I wanted to make up a ludicrous rumour about the next Bond film and have it featured in mass-media all over the world by next weekend, I could. Very easily.

I'll vouch for the other poster (The Arkichef over at MI6, a pretty well-established poster). He's not the type to risk his reputation by supporting something his hasn't seen and could therefore turn out to be false.Like Harmsway said, someone else claims to have seen this (although they may have taken their story from the IMDB forums).

I probably should have said that I have no evidence to believe that the quote is made up! In the same way, I have no evidence to believe that it is genuine eitherWell, I have no reason to believe it.
