Granted....Bond 24 arrives in Ontario.......in 2015 *crossing fingers* in cinemas all around the province and you are freely encourage to purchase a ticket and enjoy Bond 24 in all it's splendor at your convenience..

 

I wish that Sam Mendes had cast Daniel Craig as Willy Wonka in the "Charlie and The Chocolate Factory" musical...

Granted, but he's modeled after the Tim Burton Willy Wonka.

 

 

 

I wish EON would move on to another director for Bond 24, while Mendes is working on his stage projects.

Granted and I do as well but then they hire Justin Lin from Fast and Furious and Van Diesel plays the villain. 

 

I wish Bond 24 rumors and stories didn't just stop with at 'Mendes is thinking about.'

Granted...but the rumors and stories soon end up reading, "Mendes is thinking about backing out of the opportunity to direct the next Bond film since he's been pestered so much while trying to promote "Charlie and The Chocolate Factory".

 

 

I wish I was able to find a closer parking spot to my building this morning and didn't have to limp across campus on a sore ankle..

Granted, but a sinkhole opens up near the buildilng where you parked and your car is swallowed up by the Earth.

 

 

I wish Bond 24's release date was October 15, 2014 not 2015.

Granted - filming begins next year and you're invited to view a rough cut on Oct 24, 2014. However, you have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Keeping quiet about the film is more than you can bear and you let something slip on Oct 23, 2015 and Eon sues your buttocks into non-existence.

 

I wish we don't have to wait two years to get a title, and that it will be something imaginative, evocative and Flemingesque, without being too 'formula' (eg: LTK, TND, DAD, etc.).

Granted...we already have the title of Bond 24 !!..it is simply found by decrypting and deciphering the following series of letters ( A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z) (Hell, I'm sure a thousand monkeys, typing at a thousand typewriters for a thousand years would eventually hit upon the title of Bond 24..)

 

I wish that Bond 24, when it is released in Oct/Nov 2015, surpasses the summer box office takings of Star Wars: Episode VII...

Granted: SW VII tanks. It even loses money, so B24 surpassing it means nothing- it only means it doesn't lose as much.

I wish I could think of somewhere affordable near the Montana-Alberta border to go for a few days in early August.

Granted, a volcano erupts somewhere on Earth coating the atmosphere in ash and blocking out the sun for the next few years leaving us in perpetual winter.

 

 

I wish for Bond 24 to go OTT.

Granted...The finale of Bond 24 involves 007 and the villain break out into a musical song and dance number like something you'd expect on Broadway, while fireworks and explosions go off and thus follows a complete reenactment of the finale to the 1967 Casino Royale spoof. Clapping seals, cowboys and Indians jumping out of airplanes etc... at the end, as Bond is about to take a sip of his martini, having killed the villian, suddenly the whole building blows up like the Casino did at the end of '67 Royale..

 

 

I wish that as a surprise to us Bond fans, the producers already have decided upon the titles to Bond 24 AND 25, thus they can put "James Bond will return in...." at the end of Bond 24.

Granted, except the title of Bond 25 refers to the amount of time between films: 'James Bond will return in 25 years.'

 

 

 

I wish that the 3 year gap makes Bond 24 more Skyfall and less Die Another Day.

Granted Bond 24 is a reboot with the reintroduction of Moneypenny, Q and M. 

 

 

I wish Bond 24 features as many interesting animals and insects as SF did.

Granted: they re-create the feast and spike room scenes from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, only more so. As a result no one ever sees how the film turns out, as nobody can make it through watching both those sequences.

 

I wish that the problem with my car turns out to be minor.

Granted everyone is too respectful and nothing ever gets discussed because were always apologizing to one another and complimenting each other. 

 

I wish Craig also does Bond 26 and 27.

I like the IMDb website and its features but I wish it didn't have any advertisements.

Granted...instead of advertisements, IMDB reverts to a pay-per-search system where you are required to submit payment via PayPal. It ends up being a tremendous flop and dies a humiliating death a week later.

 

I wish that the whole issue of the gunbarrel sequence and where it's placed in each new Bond film wasn't such a big thorn in a lot of people's sides.

Granted: Mendes puts it back at the start where it belongs, and Daniel Kleinman does such a good job of it that, surprisingly, no one complains and it goes back to being an established trope.

 

I wish The Man From Uncle series hadn't been so low budget, corny and contrived.

Granted, EON produced The Man From UNCLE and dumped all of their money into it leaving none for the Bond franchise and ends up selling it to Disney.

 

 

I wish we get the title of Bond 24 soon.

I wish to get lots of substitute teaching gigs in September (it's usually a pretty lean month for subs).

Granted you find a position as a sub gym teacher and can't help but get hit every time you play dodge ball. 

 

I wish there was a Bond film in,

 

1992 starring Dalton as 007 in his 3rd Bond film (on the 30th anniversary),

2004 starring Brosnan as 007 in his 5th Bond film and

2010 starring Craig as 007 in his 4th Bond film.

Granted, but as a result there is no Bond film in 1995, 2006 or 2012 meaning we don't get Goldeneye, Casino Royale or Skyfall.

 

 

 

I wish Nintendo would actually create a game that doesn't have anything to do with Mario.

Granted they are apparently already working on a new franchise however its only a Dr. Mario game. 

 

 

I wish my CR 2006 DVD had audio commentary.

Granted its more like Princess Twilight but you can only play as the wolf.

 

 

I wish you could skip the video clips in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

(I really wish the same thing. The story in Skyward Sword is one of it's weak points.)

Granted, they are replaced with Superman 64 cutscenes.

 

 

 

I wish I could replay The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time again for the very first time.
