Granted...but it's a Bond based on David Niven's character from the 1967 Casino Royale spoof...

I wish that Adele and Paul Epworth are brought back to do the title song for Bond 24!

Granted, but their new song is so bad that not only is it rejected, but upon Skyfall's re-release, the original title song is replaced by Taylor Swift's god awful "I Knew You Were Trouble."

I wish the Bond tribute last night was better and introduced by a better Bond girl.

Granted...in an alternate universe, all six 007's appeared at the Oscars and featured in a skit where they all kill off Seth MacFarlane six different times as punishment for him being so unfunny and offensive in his host jokes. Instead of Halle Berry, Lois Chiles is selected to present the Bond tribute, but due to travel complications, she is unable to do so in person. Therefore, Lois has to present via teleconferencing.

I wish that we could have Jeremy Renner's Aaron Cross and Matt Damon's Jason Bourne team up with Daniel Craig's Bond in a joint videogame crossover..

That would have been amazing. I'd even have put up with Lois Chiles....

Granted, all 3 men are actually inmates at a mental ward. The game is called "James Bond 007 in The Operation Bourne Shutter Island Conspiracy."

I wish Linkin Park does the theme song for Bond 24.

Granted, but at the last minute their song is cut from the film, dispelling the rumours.

I wish that John Lennon had never, EVER met Yoko Ono.

Granted, instead he begins an affair with Linda McCartney, thus leading to a much more bloody and violent feud with Paul. Paul ends up killing Lennon landing him in prison. The memories of what they saw their friends going through causes Harrison and Starr to fall into deep depressions, experimenting with more hardcore drugs. George Harrison overdoses and dies in 1971 and Ringo Starr commits suicide in 1975 after his latest attempt at a solo career fizzles and Paul McCartney is sentenced to life in prison. All this prevents Wings from being started. Live and Let Die (the song) is never released. The Bond series suffers as mediocre singers are given the opportunity. Carly Simon, Sheena Easton, Duran Duran, and a~Ha (let alone Adele) never perform for Bond. The series never makes it out of the '70s as the recognition that it receives from the music industry is lost. McCartney murdering Lennon results in The Beatles' music being banned in America. The Beatles' legacy is much darker and they are not revered the way the are now. Not only does the non-Yoko factor kill off The Beatles, it kills off Bond.

I wish Roger Deakins had won the Oscar for Best Cinematography.

Granted... Deakins wins the Oscar for Best Cinematography but controversy errupts when it's discovered that the production crew didn't actually travel to those fabulous locations..instead,, ALL of Shanghai, Scotland, and Istanbul were CGI shots done at Pinewood studios.

I wish that it wasn't a fact that this year's incoming freshmen college class (for the 2013-14 school year) were mostly born the very year Goldeneye hit theaters, (1995)..I'm starting to feel old..

Granted - they were all born in 1989 - the year LTK was released, but they're still younger than you by the same the same number of years.

I wish we hadn't just got hit with a snowstorm.

Granted...you get hit with a giant sandstorm instead...it then starts raining and all the sand turns to mud.

I wish that either Guy Richie or Christopher Nolan get serious consideration to direct Bond 24..

Granted, they both are picked for a co-directorial production. Now presenting: James Bond: A Game of Inception. The film is a period piece taking place in 1895, with Bond somehow trying to implant the idea in the villain's head that he wants to split his evil empire in half. The film makes literally no sense, but somehow still manages to break the bank bringing Nolan back for Bond 25: James Bond Rises (pun intended).

I wish Ben Affleck or Kathryn Bigelow would be considered for the next Bond installment.

Granted, Affleck makes Bond 24's title 'Bondgo' and puts in so many references to 'Argo' that cinemagoers go insane and denounce further Bond films when it is revealed he is signed in to do more films.

I wish that Ringo Starr got a bit more recognition in The Beatles.

Granted...Ringo gets more recognition, not for his drumming or singing or songwriting talents, but instead for his big honker of a nose..LOL..

I wish that if neither David Arnold or Thomas Newman are chosen to compose Bond 24, then John Powell (Bourne's 1-3) gets hired..

Granted, it has Bond competing against rival spies in 3 tasks with the first being trying to retrieve a golden egg from a dragon's lair.

I wish for Sam Mendes to do a 180 on himself and decide to direct Bond 24.

Granted...but his one stipulation is that Bond 24 must be held off until the 60th anniversary of James Bond..So sadly, it won't be until 2022 that we see Bond on the big screen again and Daniel Craig has long since departed the role, leaving an unknown actor to take over as Bond #7..

I wish that we get a return of Jeffrey Wright's Felix Leiter in Bond 24..

I was they don't reuse any of the previous Bond films material in what they are calling the new robooted series.

Granted, however, that also includes Bond, M, Moneypenny, Q, MI6, Felix etc. So the Bond films are now just generic action films with generic characters.

I wish Bond 24 is so good it gets a Best Pic nomination from the Academy.

Granted, but the early spring is so warm, it cases much more rapid melting ice caps and rising sea levels all over the world. Congrats, you've screwed us all.

I wish that it was September so that I'd be leaving for Spain tomorrow, instead of in 5 months.

Granted! Without a director in place, the production is moved to late 2014 to secure the best they can with a hinted release in 2016.

I wish the upcoming film 'Man Of Steel' really is great and reminds the world how important the character of Superman really is!

Granted buts its completely over-hyped and blown out of proportion that most people don't see why he is important and merely look at it as a children's movie.

I wish Craig's Era sticks with the Austin Martin DBS as Bond's primary vehicle.

Granted - for the next three films, Craig pedals around in a little car made up of the least-damaged surviving parts from the two DBSs that got smashed up in Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace.

I wish for B24 to be more like Thunderball and TSWLM - in the best sense.

I wish Bond's Bentley would make an appearance in a future Bond film.

Granted! But as Craig's Bond is driving it, it doesn't make it past the pre-title sequence due to a villanous ambush and he resorts to using a passing Ranger Rover to give chase.

I wish sometimes I had an actual licence to kill...!

Granted, but since you only sometimes have it, you end up killing someone at a time when you don't have it and end up in prison for life.

I wish Boyd's novel is a return to form for the literary Bond.

Granted - Mr. White gets fed up with being Quantum's leader's second favorite and defects to British Intelligence. After a misunderstanding wherein Bond beats White senseless for confronting him with a letter opener, it is discovered that Bond and White are actually brothers, and shared rooms at Eton in their youth.

I have to stop there - I can't stand any more.

I wish for Daniel Craig's successor to be more of a Roger Moore type, at a time when EON finally agrees to option John Gardner's novels, and that we see a series of fun, larger-than-life stories reminiscent of the best of the ConneryMoore era.
