I now replace the Seahawks with the Chicago Bears for the NFC reaching the SB. They're looking very good so far!

Chump: Arizona Cardinals. I had a premonition on Sunday Morning around 9:00 that the Cards would lose to Oakland, and could not get to a computer. Do they suck or what? You lose to Oakland??!!
MVP: Matt Bryant, K for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Mad props to a guy that boots a 62 yd FG to win the game against Philly.

In other news, what the hell is wrong with the defending Super Bowl champion Steelers??!! Losing to the Oakland Raiders 20-13!!!
Philadelphia losing to Jacksonvile?? WTF is happening with your Eagles, Johnboy?? lol
New Orleans got upset by Baltimore: tough luck, hcmv.. The Saints did put up some points at the end, but unfortunate a little too late for them to pull off a victory.
Nice job with your San Diego Chargers, Tarl!! Now I'm starting to get worried about them when Denver meets up with them in November!!

Chumps-Pittsburgh Steelers. Losing to Oakland, who had less than 100 yds of total offense? WTF? Also to the ref who blew the call in that Jets-Browns game. WORST CALL EVER.
MVP: Who else but Tom Brady? What a game he had on Monday night!

Since the Mon Night Game is a crapfest, here's my segment:
Champ: Miami Dolphins. They beat the hell out of Da Bears, and made them look like the team at 2-6.
Chump: Bill Bellichek. How do you beat the Colts? You riun it down their throat, just like the Chargers did last year. That was a terrible offensive game plan.
MVP: Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints. Back to back games over 300 yds passing, and made the Saints prove last week's game was a fluke.

It looks like the Cardinals will be on the way to getting the #1 pick in the draft, they really look bad! What the hell was I thinking when i thought they might be a contender? Detroit-they still suck. My Thanksgiving Dinner does not sit well having to watch those losers every Thanksgiving, now if my local cable company gets the NFL Network, maybe it won't be so bad.

I guess thats why they play two halves?
Heres to hopes for a 2nd half of the season rebound!
4-5 may be worse than what I expected, but it sure beats the way below .500 years we had not long ago. My memory isn't short...I'm grateful to still be in contention in mid-November.
As for Pick'em, it looks like a 3 horse race down to the wire...

Bad week for me in the Pick Em League, but I am still in the running. Fortunately, as a football fan, a lot of the games were good, especially in the College Realm.

You weren't the only one thinking that the Cardinals would be a legitimate playoff team this year, hcmv!! I sadly fear Dennis Green's job is on the line.. Well my Broncos looked terrible yesterday against the pathetic Raiders!! 3 INT's for Plummer, virtually no running game and yet we still won, thanks to the two crucial Oakland turnovers!! We gotta get things together in a hurry as next Sunday night, Tarl_Cabot's Chargers and my Broncos square off in Round 1 for the battle of the AFC West leader spot!!

Back to the NFL--damn my Steelers aren't doing it this year. You can't win every year! I'm not totally giving up yet.

It seems I might have been lucky picking Dallas over Indy.
Donovan McNabb is out for the year, damn. I see Philly losing out again, sorry johnboy.
Brett Favre should NOT start on Mon. Let Rogers start.

!!! Broncos lost a heartbreaker at home last night to San Diego, after blowing a 24-7 ing lead!!! Plummer looked mediocre, its seriously time to consider putting in Jay Cutler, (though its too much of a rush to try and get him in for this thursday's Thanksgiving game at Kansas City). Overall an exciting game last night, but still very disappointing for me!
(Bill Clinton voice) I feel your pain!
And yes, I've been there before.
