David Fincher's "THE GAME" SE
I wish there was a region 1 special edition of that film. Comparing to the mega special features on all his other DVDS, it's a shame this one has nothing.

Had heard rumours of an eventual release a few months ago, but nothing since.

It was scheduled for release today although, now that you mention it, it wasn't in the new release section of my local Best Buy today either.I thought the special edition of Zodiac was due to be released today. Could not find it anywhere in stores today.

I bought mine at HMV today, Q. There were only about three copies, mind, and all of them were tucked away in the Z section, out of the view of the discerning public who would much rather buy the cinematic masterpieces WAR, Resident Evil 3, or Shoot 'Em Up.It was scheduled for release today although, now that you mention it, it wasn't in the new release section of my local Best Buy today either.I thought the special edition of Zodiac was due to be released today. Hmm. Guess I'll have to give it another try tomorrow. My assumption was that it was shoved, as you say, somewhere in the Z section rather than on display, but I just must have been unlucky.

Indeed, but the real draw of this disc is the extras (although I was kind of expecting even more--but that's probably because I've been spoiled by Fincher's earlier special edition DVDs
).
