Hello all,

Though I'd do the polite thing and introduce myself. I've been reading the site and the forums for about a year. You've got a great group of very civil posters (a rare thing in forums these days), so it's a pleasure join in.

Best,
Andrew

I've also been reading and lurking the forums for about a year now and finally decided to jump in.I first saw a Bond film around the age of 5 and from there on in I was hooked.I've seen every film, read every Fleming book and I'm just getting around to reading Gardners.
Mostly I'm what you'd call a geek.I love movies,tv shows, techie stuff and espionage novels.I'm also an avid comic book reader (still, another obsession from my youth thats followed me into adulthood).

New member here. Well, I'm a new Bond fan. I haven't seen all the movies but I'm looking into it especially some of the older ones. I'm looking forward to Casino Royale so don't worry about any anti-Daniel Craig threads from me.

Hi everyone.
Posted a couple of times but it seems only polite to say a formal hello.
Been a Bond fan for as long as I can remember, saw first film at the flicks age 6 (Live and let Die) with my dad. Now I take my own kids.

Still think the series peaked with The Spy Who Loved Me, but that may just be nostalgia talking! Willing to give Craig a chance though!

This place is huge, and its going to take ages to get acquainted. Mind you I thought I was a well-informed Bond fan until I saw the depth of knowledge on here, wow.

Hi everyone. I thought I'd make post #7 my introduction. I've been a Bond fan since my dad took me to see Moonraker and haven't stopped since. Quickly a funny story--dad took me and my younger brother to see Octopussy back in 1983. My grandma was over the next day and my brother was talking about this Octopussy movie. When my dad came back into the room, she started interrogating him about "What in the world kinda movies are you taking these boys to? Your son is in here using nasty words."

That is exceptionally thoughtful, but really not necessary. There are many 009's out there.
