Wow, that looks great so far.

Unfortunately I will be absent for the weekend, so please carry on without me. I believe I have given all the information that is needed from me.

And a question, where the hell did the other 7000 points go?

OK, this is where I think it is act.

The challenge is impossible. The clues are far to ambiguous and we are going to fail. So I say we give out sefl the most chance, I get as many words as we can, so that we have something left, because we will lose. The mole doesn't even have to do anything and we will lose.

Now a problem word that I see is Q-zar's as it can bout 100 things. So I say we get that word.

The team had 8,000 points. You used 1,000 of these to find the placement of your word.

15,000 are still on offer if you succeed in this challenge.

Recommended tactic again :

1. Gather all clues.
2. Make list of all variables.
3. Ask for position of words you are sure about - like 'Bond'.

Even if The Mole was to lie about his word (and their are so many other ways to sabotage this) then if all other words are correct it will be quite obvious who The Mole is - which is not in his or her interests.

Odd, how simple it looks from this end.

Shouldn't it be that that any clues we get are taken out of the 15000 that we wil get, that is what I thought it was. That would make snse, not taking it out of what we already have.

And like I said, many answers have about 15 different possibilites. It is easy on your end because you know the answers.

I know the key, they all have 4 letters.

I dunno, all of the words start with a different letter.

What happens if you put the words in in alphabetical order starting in the top left hand corner.

This seems far too complicated, we are obviously missing a very simple clue to all this. Is it possible all the clues point to a single film/novel? Is it possible that the clues mean something other that what we think.
Cos right now, the clues are ridiculously hard, and i dont think they're supposed to be. Could someone who has more than me write out everyone's clue, so we can start again?

This game is much harder than the first MOLE. It was much easier working in smaller teams.

Brendan you might be right. My only guess at this point would be LALD. Mainly because it involved TAROt and is about Bloody Morgan's Gold. Also Bond goes to New York and Live is one of the words. I bet that's completely wrong but that's the only connection I can see.

The challenge is proving difficult.

In the interest of fairness I will tell you the location of your word and take the points off the 15,000 you can receive for the challenge instead of the points you earned in Challenge One. This will, however, cost you 3000 points per location.

Choose wisely.

7 words left.

7 x 3000 = more than 15000 :)

How about for 3000 we get to ask what word goes in a specific location on the board and whos clue it relates to?

That's much nicer.

It seems were all having trouble with this, and while some efforts have been made, it seems were getting nowhere.

I suggest, as this was started before that we all list our words again and see what common letters we have, (such as 'Bond' and 'York' both have an 'o' as the 2nd letter)

My possible words are:

With
Live
With (Listed twice, I know, but it applies to 2 different films from my clue)
Eyes
Kill
Dies

Maybe this is a bad idea, but is anyone else getting anywhere helpful so far in figuring this out?

Do what you will.

The link I have found, is that every second letter of every word is a vowel, except for Evil..

Don't forget the word 'Only'. (FYEO)

(That is a possible word if Terminus' clue is 'fourth word of a Bond short story'.)

Then perhaps NOAH is the word, and not EVIL?
