I think a "short" title would be cool, even though the typical bond titles that come to mind are long, The World is Not Enough and The Man with the Golden Gun for example, the short titles have a certain style about them, and also, generally mark a very good film! (Dr NO, Thunderball, Goldeneye... see what I mean!) Moonraker would be about the only exception in my view. So I think a short title for Bond 21, following the same general rules (name of the villain, or the evil scheme)

You want a one word title?
You want a villain name title?
You want a title that says risk?
You want a title that says danger?
You want a title that is bondian?
You want a title that is appropriate for Bond 21?

Here you go:

Albert R. Broccoli’s Eon Productions present

Pierce Brosnan as Ian Fleming’s James Bond

in

Blackjack

STARRING: CHI McBRIDE  JOLENE BLALOCK and  MICHAEL MADSEN

Or maybe not. :)

Why not. Turn it into a 'water' themed Bond movie, with the villain controlling the tides, trying to submerge a whole country underwater blah blah blah.

Aquarius: You see Mr Bond, you're too late, in a few seconds, dear London will be submerged in the shadowy depths. It won't just be the bridge that will be falling down.

Bond: You're totally mad Aquarius.

Sir Michael Aquarius has access to all the British nuclear weapons since he's very high up in the MI6 ranks.

He plans to detonate a nuclear bomb in the ocean which will cause a massive tidal wave.

To make it less obvious that he's the villain, the title of the movie will be called Aquarius, but we'd have to disguise his name to start with.

Perhaps he's known as Sir Michael Waters or something at the start...

I still think Shatterhand ought to be the title as well as the name of the villain. It sounds more brutal, more violent, as opposed to...Aquarius.

Who said it has to be Sir Michael? Why not make it Gertrude Shatterhand? They can call him Gert for short, a nice 40th anniversary tribute to Gert Frobe in Goldfinger. Bond, of course, will call him Gertie.
