Brix, occassionally a second hand shop may have an arm
attached to the hand.

Why did the CBn member cross the road?

To get to the other side.

Yeah I said at the start that this was all meant to be in good humour. No trying offend or annoy. Some have misunderstood.

Why did Brix eventually cross the road?

- There weren't any CBn members left on his side due to the recent exodus and it was kinda lonely...

No, I'm male. :)

In another thread you described yourself as a "Bitch" ("This Bitch bites back.") :)

Maybe that's a joke that I'm ignorant off :)

It is a reference to a film although I am not sure which one. I have heard it used in a film. If anybody wishes to tell me which one then that would be helpful.

Besides, bitch has become such a generic term now so I don't see the gender distinction of it anymore.

And you're male huh? Just from me to you: The long flowing red hair and the seductive eyes will get you places you might not want to be.

:)

In which case cross the road.

Initially I thought you were male, then when you posted "this bitch bites back" I thought "What??? Brix is a girl?"

No offense intended, but I'm kinda disappointed to discover you're not female. Especially since I like a girl with a Glaswegian accent. :)

I love CBN this is a 'Crossing the road' jokes thread and it went from that to a flaming war. Then we went to discussing whether Brix or isn't female, then whether or not it's a good for a girl to have a Glasgow accent. :)

I'm as much to blame, I know.

Well back on topic in a while. :)

You're from there so it doesn't appeal to you, but I'm not Glaswegian, not even a Scot, so to me it's sexy. :)

Hi Gang,

I have to say that why is it that these 'non Bond related 'fun' Thread's alway's end up with Blue Eyes having to pull people apart?.

Why is it that some of you Guy's are so serious about James Bond or over complacent in what you believe in?.

Come on, isn't this the best and well organized site on Bond and
( latterly ) any other topic?. Of course it is. So why reduce yourselve's to anger. Bond doesn't ( or shouldn't ) get angry, but obviously some of you are. Why may I ask?. Is this great Organization purely here for a bunch of idiot's to exchange bad feeling's?. Of course it's not and being a Guy who like's to be friendly and to keep his friend's I do not like what's happing in these forum's.

I suggest that you keep your 'bad feeling's' or your 'ego' out of these forum's and keep a certain 'decorum' and respect for your fellow Bond Fan's.

This is a free site, which also mean's free of hated and egotism and I know that I alway's put myself down and have never condemmed or started an argument with any Member of CBn, but this is because I'm basically a 'stable' ( fetching for this time of year ) person.

Please Guy's keep this site 'user friendly' because if you keep this up we could loose it. And without it, you would feel lost. For me I have met many decent and kind people here and I want to keep it this way.

Calm down Guy's, remember if you have a grudge with another Member keep it to yourself, life is too short to hold grudge's.

All the best,

Calm down,

Cheers,

Ian

p.s. just think about what your going to say before you say it. That's why I've had to say this. Remember that this IS a very professional site so keep it that way!.

I'm in no way siding with anyone of the Administrator's etc I'm just saying what I feel that needed to be said.

Thank's.

Was it the only way in which you could appreciate the wisdom of your speech to see it from afar?

"to see his fellow CBner alright"!.

We're all friend's ( ok cyber friend's ) here, but there's one thing I do not like, and that's senseless nit picking and argument's. Why do people take Bond so serious?. Ok, we're all loving fan's of the series but to argue of something quite petty is really crazy.

If I'm wrong I'd apologize, if I'm right, I'd just accept that the Guy who want's to be right just want's to argue for the sake of it I would just not bother discussing it further. Besides what's the point in aguing whether your right or wrong.

This site is becoming very political and that's dangerous. Bond has alway's ( besides the latter films ) been politacally incorrect so why not keep to that 'mantle'?.

Jesus what this lot need is a few episodes of 'Eastender's' to wake 'em up. LOL.

Cheers Dr. Tyan,

All the best,

After I've said this :)

Who are the better actors, the cast of Eastenders or the Bond actors, seriously or is it not as straight forward as that?

No Dr. Tyan but 'Eastender's' is down-to earth and that's what I was trying to say.

'Eastenders' is about everyday mundane life in 'east London' and Bond is about a fiction character. And although we're all serious fan's of Bond you cannot take it all serious. TV and Film are two totally different form's of acting technique.

I have alway's tried to defuse an argument because arguing doesn't achive anything. At the end of the day someone's got to be right and someone's go to be wrong, which is right.

Cheers Dr. Tyan,

Ian

No probs, I wasn't being obnoxious. :)

In what way is TV acting different from Film acting, just wondering :)
