HOLY CRAP!...?
An Aston Martin...SUV?
http://www.autoblog....ionable-affect/
UGH. Why did I even click on that link. That is horrendous. Why Aston-Martin? Why?
Aston-Martin does not need be making SUVs, or "crossovers" as people like to call them now. And I said the same thing about Porsche years ago, and I continue to hold that sentiment as well. These brands need to focus on what they're good at, and leave the SUV market alone.
Hopefully this Lagonda concept will die and never reach production.

I actually enjoy Knight Rider (the new version and yes i know at times it's mind numbingly cheesy but hey it has it's moments and those moments tend to be good and remind me of my childhood) I love the Mustang and would love for 007 to have one I know it's an American car and more muscle that what fans are used to but Craig is also grittier and more muscle then fans are used to so i think it would fit.

Oh, God!
What the hell were they thinking? Aston's designer must have sketched his last night's nightmare that day! Aston Martin is suppossed to design and produce sport cars not SUV!

New Jaguar XJ. Always wanted to see Bond in a Jag. It's always the villains with the Jaguar.

I'm shocked at how many people think this car should be swapped out for the likes of some bleh Mercedes, or a butt-ugly Veyron!

The Carver Car.
Also - The Morgan Aeromax:
Beautiful, old fashioned, and incredibly British.
I'd rather Bond drive this than some ugly Aston Martin One-77.

Love the Morgan, although I think it looks perhaps a bit too 'Batman' and 'retro' to ever star in an EON production.

I know where you get the Batman vibe, though Bond is supposed to be somewhat eccentric. It has a lot of class though, and still manages to look modern.

Must be, they look damn lethal too. Maybe the villain's jump-suited henchmen could drive them?
A henchman named Rodin perhaps?

I dunno, the Morgan is just not BOND
Far more Bondian and British looking than the DBS or One 77.

Have to disagree there, I think Bond would love the machine. It's a lovely eccentric and selfish driving tool that promises lots of fun on the road and looks classy in a way most of the testosterone mutants a la Veyron cannot ever hope to. But I share the feeling with you that its look probably don't tally with the EON look (any more). In the last films EON (rightfully in my view) obviously tried to avoid any kind of too fashionable, too trendy looks and the 'retro' bandwagon would be something they'd not hop on without good reason. I suppose this machine is just that tiny little bit outside of what film Bond would ever get his hands on nowadays, regardless of the fact that Morgan also isn't a product placement partner the way Ford can afford to be (but I'd love to be proved wrong on that, should Bond's next car be the Aeromax).

If you ask me Bond would never have driven the DB5 out of choice, though. It is a bit girly when you look at it.
