The cover's nice but I'm not too sure about the title. I would have preferred Double M myself.

Quite a fun name I suppose. Could be worse. The tag line is obviously supposed to be a bit more Bond-y: 'Death is contagious', but that is a bit forced sounding. Bit of a shame after SilverFin- a bit of variety would have been welcome.

The one-word title is GoodeEnough for me lolz and the coverart follows the previous one WelleEnough. At least having these two elements in a collection is GreateEnough rather than spontaneously changing the title and the art which happened to Benson's Coronet prints of Never Dream of Dying and The Man With The Red Tattoo. That really became OddeEnough.
Continuity should be synonymous with the stories so as not to make it BadEnough (see? this line did not fit with the rest of the paragraph).

Hmmm... StrangeEnough.

According to the Young Bond site, Blood Fever is two words instead of one.

Just woke up...had the cover and press release in my email (and according to the press release, Right-O, it's one word). I knew this was coming "early this week", but I didn't realize it would be THIS early. LOL.

But why can't I seem to find this on the Young Bond site? :)

The title is atleast better than Silverfin. But I would also had preffered Double M. The title looks much cooler with the blackie style than the SilverFin's blue.

I don't like this title. It seems like the words were just pushed together to make this. Still, I definitely be collecting this one as I did for SilverFin.

I couldn't figure out how I had not caught this thread earlier if it was already up to two pages.

Personally I prefer Double M, but this one isn't bad...I'll certainly be purchasing it.

Is it "BloodFever" or "Blood Fever"?

In anycase, the cover looks cool. Wish I had a better quality version of it though...

Where did you get the press release and the image of the book? I went to YoungBond and I can't find anything on the matter besides what is posted in the forums, which just links back to CBn or MI6. ??

The press release and book image were emailed to us by IFP/Puffin's PR firm.

The BloodFever thing on youngbond.com is a pop-up, so if you have a pop-up blocker it won't show. I had the same problem. But here's what the pop-up looks like for those who can't see it.

Ahh.. thanks Zencat. I use FireFox so the popup blocker must have stopped it. I never notice the little warning anymore.

The image at yb.com is just a little better than what we got. Hope we get a higher res image soon.

BTW, I like the whole "creepy critter" aspect to the YB series. SilverFin was eels and BloodFever is mosquitos (although as Mr. Asterix's pointed out, Benson already did mosquitoes in TMWTRT).

What's next, I wonder? Book 3 is said to be set "in the darkest corners of London." Spiders maybe?

A little presumptious for them to already have it listed as a bestseller on the jacket cover isn't it?!

Quite - you'd think they'd have more than just a pop-up.

If Blood Fever is one word then why is "Blood" red and "Fever" black? If the title was like SilverFin wouldn't the title be all red?

It's listed as "BloodFever" in the press release, regardless. The logo is just style to perhaps make "Fever" more standoutish. Should be noted that "Blood Fever" is an episode on Star Trek Voyager. :)
