*shakes head*

You didn't scare me out of the lounge, I left of my own free will.

Heavy metal is allowed to be blasted from speakers, in fact, that's the only way it should be played.

Blasting Dean Martin however, is just a waste of the speakers' power. The music of the Rat Pack should be in the background, used as inspiration for the night's activities, not in the foreground leading to the music being the night's lone activity.

Now if you will excuse me, I am going to call George tell him how lovely he looks in a kilt.

Don't say that on an unscrambled frequency.
We don't have enough space for everyone to play.

Besides, you'll scare the straights!

My guess is everything your teachers forgot to teach you. That sounds like a good place to start.

Why do I think these lessons won't involve a textbook. ;-)

Can I ask what is perhaps a silly question?

Was there ever a mission that did not involve 003 and or 004 flipping someone off?

Perhaps.

It would seen that would normally be a classified matter.

However, off the record, as it were, there was an occasion in which we were providing extra security for the Queen.

BS assignment.

A few perks along the way, good food and plenty of it, cushy stuff...you know the scene. (I believe Bryce ended up with a case of Dom, afterwards).

At any rate, 003 and I were above in an observation point lookout station. 006 and 002 were on the lower level...blah, blah....same ol', same ol.'

Nothing special was happening....as a matter of fact, thingks couldn't have been more complacent...out-right boring as an assignment like that can get....so we started goofing around.... somewhat.... uh.... inappropriately, I might add.

003 and I began using a number of....uh...."highly technical jargon" at each other and 006 made the mistake of getting involved....in full view of the Queen....(God, save the mark) and one rather ambitious new operative.

The "Finger" could have beem the least of our problems.

One of the standard duty agents saw what he thought was a gun in Freeman's hand (006 has...uh...rather long slender fingers...on his hands) and the rookie moves in to intercept, sounding the silent alert to all agents.

Instead of waiting for the move in code, he rather zealously (I actually used the phrase "moron" in my report) took the initive, unfortunatly for 006.

003 and I went into alert status at once, scanning the room, however, did not realize until it was too late to warn 006 before he received a healthy cuff across the back of the head.

We did, however, have plenty of time to let 002 (in on the fun) know what was about to happen (003 claimed that was strictly an observer...I don't know...) so he could get a complete view of the situation (pulled out his video recoding device).

I actually thought I saw a small smile on the Queen's face....nahh, couldn't have been....no matter.....so.....

I believe it ended reather badly. The whole incident was captured on video and 006 drew a repremand for "behaviour innapropriate to an 00 while on duty" and all that rubbish.

Strange, I believe that 006 didn't speak to us for several weeks.

Oops, I forgot, he was at the North Pole for that time period...ah, well.

Not really sure what happened to the rookie. I did remark to 003 that the bathrooms were looking much better after that....I wonder....

So, technically, no one saw US give the "finger," however, we were all pointing our indexes at 006 and laughing our a**es off, if I remember correctly.

Otherwise, no.

The best laid plans....

Sorry we were unable to connect Athena....It was one of "those" days I guess.

Alas, 004, much to his dismay, got called in by the Duty Officer at around 6:30am this morning (poor, sorry, hungover b******) and I didn't start moving until about 11:45am....

There's always another plan.....

Yaaawn. Aaaahh, craap.

Just turned my brain back on (even though I've been in the office since 8 AM).

Thought it was Monday, but, nooo...we've already had enough of that.

Attempting to get my bearing back. Thank goodness for dark roast coffee (and plenty of it, I might add).

So......blah.

Hope to get in a few more zzz's tonight to make up for those lost this weekend (nothing like exhaustion to keep you on your toes).

Ahhhhh......

There you are 004 (poor, sorry blighter)

Alas, yesterday just spun into a familiar downward spiral - seemingly for both myself and 003.5 - For me (along with the Bad Kitty, the Dog and the lounge kitty) a "quick bite at the pub" became a "long afternoon with the pints".

As for our lovely 003.5, based on her transmissions (scrambled of course), she had the good fortune to suffer through having her champagne glass constantly being refilled which lent itself to an unscheduled siesta....

Hope you are faring better than us my dear. We'll reschedule for some more backgammon and debauchery....
