Tomorrow Never Dies is my favourite Brosnan film and almost my favourite film of the series. We all have our own criteria for what makes the perfect Bond film and TND just about fulfills my demands.

This would be a tough choice for me...

-Goldeneye didn't have anything special in it that I liked.
-Tomorrow Never Dies had the cool remote control car, and an enemy that was different.
-The World Was Not Enough felt like it was more deep than the others, and had the BMW Z8. Liked the Caviar Factory track on the CD.
-Die Another Day felt like deja vu. A satellite with a death beam attached to it...Die Another Day had a heat one...Goldeneye had a EMP version...Diamonds Are Forever had a heat one as well. That, and John Cleese replaced Q. Liked the Vanquish car (or Vanish, whatever you prefer). Halle Berry didn't help the movie much. :)

Even after rambling over these movies, I still don't have a specific favorite, but I can take out Goldeneye and Die Another Day.

Why, GoldenEye, is Brosnan's best Bond film. Need I say more?

I probably should, but I won't because...

a.) I can't really back up my claim, I just enjoyed GoldenEye.

and

2.) There really was only the first reason. :)

The World Is Not Enough was Brosnan's best film, followed by GoldenEye.

Tomorrow Never Dies and Die Another Day were just flat out awful.

I've just voted in this poll for the first time, and I went for TWINE.

That was the film that turned me from a casual Bond fan into a Die-hard. I've never come out of a cinema feeling on such a high as I did after that film.

Kind of surprised to see The World Is Not Enough and Die Another Day neck and neck here.

I guess I did too based on the often universal opinion of The World Is Not Enough on here.

:) I thought TWINE was his best, largly due to the fact that the relationship between Bond and Electra was complexed and Brosnan, well did a decent job of showing the emotion of when he realised that Electra was with Renard. Brosnan wanted to 'peel back the layers' of the 007 character by exploring new sides and situations, that had'nt been done before.

TND- the fact that he saw his ex lover
TWINE - The relationship with Electra
DAD - Bond being betrayed

Those sides we havn't seen in Moore or Connery.

OHMSS- Bond's wife gets killed. Bond cries.
LTK- Bond has a vengence after felix's ordeal

Those sides are what we see from Lazneby and Dalton.

But still not from Connery or Moore :)

Thats why Connery and Moore are better than the other "personal" Bonds.

My sentiments exactly! I remember leaving the cinema shaking my head in total  disbelief at the horror i'd just seen unfold on the screen. To this day, i still can't believe how bad it is.No offence to all the TWINE fans, of course - but if i could eliminate one movie from the series, then that would be it.

Yeah, a Bond movie that puts characters and actors above special effects and action is just dreadful. A Bond movie that cares more about its human story than its action is horrible and should be burned. :)
When a Bond movie cleary and undeniably has the strongest character story of the series, the film should just be cut up into tiny little pieces and flushed down the toilet.
The World Is Not Enough sucks because its story is too interesting for a Bond movie, and that a Bond movie story must be as dull as possible like A View To A Kill for the film to work. Elektra, Judi Dench's M and Renard are also too interesting to be true Bond characters, and in order for a Bond movie to work its characters have to be corny and silly like Stacey Sutton or Mayday. :)

GoldenEye was a bank robbery, TND was a little bit of a reserved Bond, DAD was great only for seeing Halle Berry emerging from the Ocean. The World is Not Enough was Brosnan's best, we got to see him be the Bond we all know and love, besides, killing Electra in cold blood was the icing on the cake. Yeah it is hard to imagine Denise Richards as a nuclear scientist, but damn she sure looked great!

GoldenEye

Characters are very well developed and I love 006/Janus story. However, I may be a bit biased because of my love for the video game :)
