Yeah, the 'LALD' vibes are rather strong of recent days. Never a bad thing.

Again, the variation in locales in this film is extraordinary. So much diversity.

I was fairly fluent once upon a time, but these TV reporters go Way Too Fast!  Still, it was possible to get the drift of the report.  After stating the background, the report was mostly concerned with listing the locations where filming was taking place, and the streets and Metro stations that were going to be shut down.  No particular details that I could make out regarding the filming itself.

It does look visually spectacular... I just hope the PTS is spectacular on an action level too. No signs yet for what that might be, but I'm really hoping this film has a memorable James Bond-scale stunt somewhere in it. It's funny, I do like Skyfall and it has grown on me, but when I first watched it I did leave thinking 'That film needed a tank chase somewhere in there' lol. I want more spectacle, more action. Not for the sake of it, but because the Bond franchise is one of the few (only?) places that can do it, and do it amazingly well. I miss it.

Moderate earthquake just felt in Mexico City. Not sure if it will have caused any problems during the filming.

Gawd, hope not. Doesn't sound like they're having a huge amount of luck, does it?

There are fairly regular tremors there, and this one was fairly minor. Sure they'll be fine.

And a report on some of the filming/script controversy (not sure why it's not embedding):

Nope. I think it's looking good in Mexico. These parades add atmosphere to the movies.

I'm more excited about this Bond movie than any before. That may be true for every new Bond movie for me but this time it feels different.

I feel a little less excited than I was for say, Skyfall. Thanks to the Sony Hack, but nonetheless I am still extremely interested in seeing how all of this culminates in November.

Thank you for the updates.

A detailed report of what happened yesterday on the film's set. Daniel Craig was also present.

Yes, he's wearing old-age makeup. Apparently Sciarra is a seasoned assassin, not a young punk. I get a distinct Scaramanga vibe.

Judging by the facial complexions, yes, that's him all right.

Yes, he's wearing old-age makeup.

I was about to say, it's a bit a weird to age dramatically overnight.

Great to see so many photos and videos coming from the filming. Must just be a matter of time before we see Craig in action.

A little note from the other day, apparently the Mayor of Mexico City said the city was chosen for the opening sequence over New York and Singapore.

New York? That's very interesting. Being that it's Day Of The Dead for Mexico, I could only think of New Years being for New York.

Yes, for a moment I thought he was wearing a suit with a skeleton pattern.
