SPECTRE it is. Much better than that Exposures rumour a moment ago.

Love the title. It's great that they are going back and using a classic Fleming storyline. Can't wait to see Waltz as Blofeld. The car looks incredible as always. Hopefully it doesn't get too smashed up. The rest of the cast looks phenomenal. Can't wait to see this one.

Could have been more original, but "Spectre" is cool and punchy, no one can say it isn't Bondian, and it isn't a flummoxer like "Quantum of Solace" that we'll have to explain to people.
Ideas for abbreviations? Other one-word titles have been broken down into elements like Gold-Finger, Golden-Eye, Sky-Fall, Octo-Pussy, but in the case of "Spectre", I guess the best we can do is SP.
Also, is it meant to be written in all-caps?

Very surprised they went with SPECTRE. The Aston looks very cool. All of the rumors were true, that's pretty impressive. Glad Daniel has slightly longer hair this time out, looks better than it did last time. No plot details, though I suppose they aren't needed just yet with a pretty on the nose title such as the one we now have. Very careful wording on Mendes' part about the writers, though I'm glad he brought it up. Really interesting stuff. Also glad they didn't waste time with questions. Mendes seemed moderately irritated as it is about having to break rehearsals to get in front of the press. Still, fun announcement. As I mentioned, they handled it great. Big kudos to the team that managed the live stream.

Superb!
I also love the title treatment with the bullet hole above the title, a rather sinister update of the octopus motif.

Now when the title has been revealed it got a gut feeling that we won't be seeing ESB in the film, at least not in a major role. If Waltz is a villain, I'd guess he's "Largo".
Love the title, very impressed with the cast - the following months will be sheer agony!

How DARE 'Spectre' break CBn.
So excited they're bringing back Spectre, it already conjurs up great malice, threat and danger in the Bond universe for 007 to tackle. It's going to be so fantastic to see how it pans out.

Is the bullet hole a reference to OHMSS?

This could become a really great film.
Very exciting. And they obviously try to keep things under wraps as much as possible.
... unless Baz will be back to twitter everything.

Christoph Waltz's character is called Oberhauser, according to Empire.
What a surprise!

Anyone afraid they´ll have Andrew Scott´s character turn out to be ESB? God, I hope not. Awful scenario. Been seeing to much Sherlock.

Spectre works much better than Risico as a title.

Christoph Waltz's character is called Oberhauser, according to Empire.
He could well be Oberhauser in a "Count de Bleuchamps" sort of way, and eventually turns out to be Blofeld. Or perhaps Waltz will play a Largo type, and Blofeld will be an unseen character. Perhaps even a question mark in the end credits?
