Looking forward to the final clapperboard. It's been a hoot along the way. Well done everybody as we now let the editors go to work until November 6th.

B)

Not just editing: visual effects, sound editing, sound mixing, color grading, scoring, etc. I know everyone in post-production has been working since EON's been shooting test footage but they are seriously off to the races now.

I'm sure we'll see more videoblogs for set design & costuming to fill the void in the interim.

Yeah! Looks like he stole Dalton's morroco woredrobe...looks great(I want that jacket now!)

also guessing that Monica Belucci will be the Bond-girl-who-dies-in act 2™ character.

The wardrobe for these films has been consistently excellent, but Dan looks seriously cool in that outfit. Very modern look. And Lea looks stunning as usual with that lovely dress. Kudos once again to Jany Temime, she always turns in outstanding work.

yeah I really like the choices I've seen...he looks great in every still so far...and is it me or does Craig look actually younger in Spectre than he did three years ago in skyfall?

Boy, he must be scalding hot in that coat...morroco in July?

Yes, that outfit looks good. Thankfully Craig doesn't need to wear suit all the time. His predecessors were often seriously overdressed, in my opinion.

This new Marrakech style has caught the eye of Hollywood. Dar Bianca – a starkly linear concrete, metal and glass villa built nine years ago by its French owners with the assistance of Algerian architect Imad Rhamouni, a protégé of Philippe Starck’s – appears in SPECTRE, the latest James Bond film out next month. Through movie trickery, the house – on sale for £3.2m through Aylesford – appears transplanted from its usual location next to Marrakech’s American school to a more stunt-worthy mountaintop.

It must be. Incredible architecture. As if it was designed to be in a Bond movie.

Very nice!

Probably a bit tricky to get out those sun loungers though.

Nice!  Looks like something out of early 70s Bond, yet also looks Ken Adam-ish.  DAF kind of comes to mind.  ETA: also MR, the chateau in the California desert.

And who's to say they want to get rid of the sun loungers?  A swimming pool in the desert, then on top of a mountain to boot?  Sounds appropriately excessive for a Bond villain!

It looks somewhat similar to the crater base in the latest trailer, though that I'm pretty sure was a set + models.

Do you suppose this is in a different location, i.e. the base is in a crater, but maybe this is the villain's house in a different spot?  They did say mountaintop in the article.  Or maybe they're all part of one big complex?

I think they've used CGI to put the house and the observatory alongside each other in the volcano crater.

Possible that the villa was used for interior shots only. Which would be a shame, as it looks great (Ken Adam's gonna love this).

And also, I was hoping for sharks in that pool.  :D

It could be where a hospitable Blofeld Oberhauser allows Bond and Madeleine to stay, recalling Dr. No and The Man With The Golden Gun. Would explain their new attire as they're shown round the lair.

That scene really does give me a TMWTGG vibe. Looks like Bond gets off the train in the middle of nowhere, gets a car to the base and is captured. I think this is my most anticipated sequence from the film.

Definitely up there for me too. Big opportunity for Craig and Waltz to go toe-to-toe acting wise.

Seems it pans out like this...
- Bond, Madeleine and Hinx on the train (cream dinner jacket)
- Bond and Madeleine get off and driven to crater (tan suit)
- Bond and Madeleine are given new clothes to meet Oberhauser (dark suit)
- Bond and Madeleine escape (shirt sleeves)

Wonder how/why he loses the jacket and tie. I'm guessing something unpleasant is thrown in there, rather than Bond taking the time to change because he's warm.

Perhaps Bond is tortured? In the previous trailer Oberhauser's gaurds seem to be armed with cattle prods.

What about that shot of Bond and Swann walking through what looked like a Moroccan market, both of them wearing more casual clothes? That's what I'm curious about. There's also the clapperboard pic, so other stuff has to go on in Morocco than simply the lair visit.

Shots were taken in the medina of Tangier. About that picture in casual clothes, I'm not certain an which occasion it was taken, so it could be that they weren't in costume.

There were also reports of shooting in a hotel, and the kissing scene in the final trailer looks a lot like a Moroccan hotel room.

I assume all this happens before they go on the train. Hope we get some "station" shots. Curious to see were they were shot.

Yes, the Tangier medina and hotel feature before the train I believe. Craig and Seydoux were in character in those photos.

I think he could remove the jacket and tie on his own accord. I believe there's a scene where Bond, Swann and Oberhauser have dinner. Bond creates a distraction and shoots the place up. While they work out a way to blow the base up, he could simply undo the tie, throw away the jacket and move outside.

The latest behind the scenes video shows that the shot of Bond and Madeleine talking as the crater lair blows up is real. Maybe I'm a cynic, but I assumed they had been added over a blue screen of the real explosion.
