She's a stunner, that's for sure, and I was awed by her performance in Skyfall - it is rare that stunning looks and great acting go hand in hand but with her, it did, just like with Eva Green.

I admit I was worried that she would not be a particular convincing actress when I saw (and heard) her at the press conference. But she is extremely good at conveying the fear and nervousness of Severine AND staying seductive at the same. No small feat. Congrats!

He was so great in that, and that’s the kind of character I like – a bit crazy and intense on screen,' she said.

'I have always dreamed of being the bad guys in the movie. You know, the mafia chief. That would be my dream.' The actress admitted that playing Séverine in Skyfall was a dream role for her as she got to mix sexy femininity with a dark character.
'She is mysterious: good, evil, adventurous. I had to give her a lot of substance and charisma, and the sexiness came from that,' she said
