EDIT: Oh, wait. Just noticed the Aston one. Yep, that's huge-er.
SECOND EDIT: I literally cannot believe they'd allow those two things in a TV spot a month prior to release. Wow.

I wonder if screenshot number 2 has any relationship with the screenshot of Bond walking through the door.

Indeed. The Aston moment makes me extraordinarily excited.Wow, I can't believe they showed that and the red doors are in this one which is pretty cool. And it appears Bond does wear those glasses in the film.

Begins with the music from CR and ends with the music from the second/international trailer for Skyfall.
*Beat me to it QOS4EVER*

We have known about it for a while though, that review has zero credibility.Awesome!! Just awesome...hmm... that IMDB poster who claimed to have seen a screening of Skyfall did say that Malloy's office did look exactly like the classic M's office...well, we'll see...

A rousing intro with the Bond theme, already very Bond like a wonderful set-up with M and Mallory's dialogue.
"007 reporting for duty." sounds much more correct in context walking through THAT door, and thumb over the gear-stick? YES PLEASE!
Wonder who's in the passenger seat...? And that shot of Bardem at the end pointing the gun...he looks pretty depserate and vengeful I have to say.
What a way to end the spot though... don't think Bond has ever looked as bad- firing his Walther since the Dalton era..! Not long to go now!!
And does anyone else find the sound of the digger pulling off the rear of the train cabin noise pretty amazing...it's going to look and sound brilliant, I can feel it.

Given the way the shot of Bond entering the (supposedly) new M's office is framed, I wonder if there's any chance they won't show who he's talking to, and "007 reporting for duty" could be the last words of the movie.

Spoiler time! Loads of good stuff squeezed into such a short promo. Fantastic.

You know what, i wouldn't be surprised if this was the case.

Is he already that character now, or does 'Skyfall' carry yet more lessons/moments that "turn him into 007"?

So as fans it's great to see that this time round in Skyfall, we'll be seeing a lot of MI6, London, and M's office door (and Moneypenny...?). Business as usual, in other words.
But i do see what you're saying about the 'Bond we know and love' nonsense we've been hearing since 2006. As Mendes and Craig said, this is going to be Bond with a capital 'B'! So no lessons for Bond to learn in Skyfall, though we do know it's going to be an emotional and life-changing experience for him.
