They're walking away from her corpse in the first shot, and he's shooting her in the second.
You sure they´re walking away? Looks to me as they´re walking towards two tables facing Severine corridor. And then he shoots her.

Bond's mention of resurrection refers to himself coming back from the dead, I believe.

Bond's mention of resurrection refers to himself coming back from the dead, I believe.
It could also be a reference to the series' longevity and its ability to constantly reinvigorate itself.
Well I'm not willing to believe it's Severine just yet....becuase.....film world can be deceptive and it's just a trailer...
....but if it is, then she may be unconcious, and maybe Silva doesn't shoot her to kill her, maybe he's doing the old shoot near her head once...twice...making Bond answer something or tell him information...
....I can't believe it would be so simple to show this event on a trailer...!

A Scrabble influenced mug, no less. Shock product placement. Is that really a mug with the letter Q on it next to Mr Wishaw?
Hmm.

Wise move, pins don't go with every lapel. But every table yearns for tableware...Unless he's also a member of Quantum and they now do tableware as well as lapel pins.

First off, amazing trailers. This footage captures the feel of a quality film. I feel the QoS bad taste will be erased from the average movie goer's minds after the pre-title sequence. This looks like the Bond film we've waited on, and so desperately wanted. Bardem looks awesome as Silva. In regard to average movie goer's minds, does anyone think Taken 2 - which comes out a month before Skyfall and takes place in Instanbul with action scenes in many of the same spots, might cause some unfair comparisons? Don't want to get off topic, but I saw both trailers this morning and I had an uh-oh moment. All of us here won't think this for a second, but somebody is going to point this out in a negative way, you watch.

Both. We can have both.Is it the 4 years talking or was that the best Bond trailer ever?

When was the last time we've had a pure revenge-driven Bond villain, if that's indeed the case? Has there ever been one? I guess, Trevelyan, a bit? Except he was arguably evil before 007 'burned' him?

You're not the only one.Is it me or do I see hints of Fleming's The Man With The Golden Gun within this trailer?

Yep, with the exception of substituting Japan with Turkey and not including "As your readers have learned..."Can anyone make out the writing in the obit M is writing? Is it word-for-word with the opening of the obit in the novel YOLT?
