Sean Connery, I can only watch the Dalton's film if I'm really in the mood for them?
Who's gonna be the best Bond girl in Spectre, based off what you know so far?
Lea Seydoux (Madeleine Swann)
OR
Monica Bellucci (Lucia Sciarra)
Posted 10 February 2015 - 07:30 PM
I want to answer, but don't really understand the question or am I just being stupid? :/
Posted 11 February 2015 - 08:50 AM
....'QOS' & 'DAD' - as much as I love 'Three Blind Mice', I do like the guitar and orchestral riffs in those two songs (minus the singing.)
Who saved James Bond the most for their place in time?
Pierce Brosnan in 1995 after a 6 year gap and post-Cold War generation
OR
Daniel Craig in 2006 after a 4 year gap and post-CGI Bond generation
??

Jaws free falling several miles and landing on a circus tent....the "flapping of the arms like a bird" didn't help either!
The CraigNotBond.com site and it's owner...do you think it/they are still trying to promote their rediculous campaign? Yes, we just don't hear about it unless one purposely goes looking for it OR No, they're probably lying dormant until Bond #7 is selected and then they'll start up again?

Posted 12 February 2015 - 08:56 AM
Probably 'Moonraker' - it'd make a mockery of the man going into space and falling out a plane without a parachute!
Regarding the first official still and BTS footage from 'Spectre', what do you feel:
It's never been closer to this generation's 'OHMSS'. We're in for something powerful.
OR
Early days, but looks good with fresh action and a fresh location - this isn't going to link to any other Bond film

I think normal ones bought in store, discounted.
Will Austria be the setting for the finale of 'Spectre' -
YES - From BTS footage and reports, it sounds very possible this will be the finale
OR
NO - Just because a lot is going on there doesn't mean it will be
??
Posted 13 February 2015 - 05:38 PM
I'd say NO..just because a lot is going on there doesn't necessarily mean it's the final location for the film.
I'm somewhat surprised that we've heard very little about Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris and Rory Kinnear's filming since production started. Do you think that they have already shot all their scenes and have wrapped OR No, they're still filming at Pinewood?
Posted 13 February 2015 - 05:51 PM
NO, they're still filming at Pinewood.
If Seydoux was to appear again in Bond 25, would she...
- be a secondary Bond girl.
OR
- the lead Bond girl.

Craig and Alec
Silliest scene in a Bond movie:-
Tarzan yell in Octopussy
or
PIgeon double-take in Moonraker?
Posted 16 February 2015 - 03:23 AM
Pigeon. We really didn't need to see that.
I don't think the characters in OP actually heard the Tarzan yell, any more than the car in TMWTGG emitted a slide whistle sound when it rolled over.
Better novel:
Fleming's TSWLM,
Gardner's COLD
or
Benson's Doubleshot
?
Posted 16 February 2015 - 08:10 AM
Based on the one I can remember more, it's 'Doubleshot'.
Best line from Prince Kamal Khan in 'Octopussy':
"Mr. Bond is indeed of a very rare breed... soon to be made extinct."
OR
"You have a nasty habit of surviving."
??

"Mr. Bond is indeed a very rare species... soon to be made extinct."
Who do you wish we saw again in Goldfinger?
Eunice Greyson as Sylvia Trench
OR
Jack Lord as Felix Leiter
Posted 17 February 2015 - 07:03 AM
Jack Lord as Leiter, even though his involvement and lines weren't good enough for him. I'd have preferred Rick van Nutter for GF and TB actually.
Which has the better scenery:-
FYEO
or
Goldeneye?
Posted 17 February 2015 - 08:09 AM
I think 'For Your Eyes Only' nabs it.
Stealing your theme...which film has better locations:
'The Living Daylights'
OR
'Quantum Of Solace'
??

Role of Honor. (Perhaps the filmmakers can base it on Fleming's FAVTAK.)
Do you have high hopes for SPECTRE?
Yes
No
Posted 18 February 2015 - 01:14 AM
Yes!
Biggest sudden scare in a Bond movie:-
Jaws in the wardrobe on the train in TSWLM
or
The cat on Stacey's staircase in AVTAK?
Posted 18 February 2015 - 01:48 AM
Stacey in AVTAK.
Seriously, though, I thought the cat was cheap (couldn't Glen have worked his doves in somewhere?). Jaws was a shock without the immediate chuckle over having been 'had'.
Better novel 2:
TMWTGG
Brokenclaw
TMWTRT
Posted 18 February 2015 - 08:18 AM
From what I remember...'Brokenclaw'.
Which "normal" villain of the series works best for you:
Prince Kamal Khan - charming, educated and deceptive
OR
Max Zorin - cold, calculating and dangerous
??
Posted 18 February 2015 - 03:29 PM
Posted 18 February 2015 - 05:22 PM
Still gotta give the edge to Bond vs Jaws in TSWLM..
Bond vs Red Grant in FRWL OR Bond vs Odd Job in GF?
Posted 19 February 2015 - 12:14 AM
Bond vs Grant for me. Best fight in the series.
Roger Moore in TLD
or
Timothy Dalton in AVTAK?
Posted 19 February 2015 - 01:06 AM
Dalton in AVTAK - one of many potential improvements.
Better novel 3:
Diamonds Are Forever,
Role of Honour
The Facts of Death
?
Posted 19 February 2015 - 08:02 AM
If I remember, it was 'Role Of Honour'.
Which "normal" villain of the series works best for you #2:
Elektra King - beautiful, dangerous and deceptive
OR
Alec Trevelyan - lethal, smart and brutal
??
Posted 19 February 2015 - 04:36 PM
Alec. Cool, confident and truly menacing... plus, it's Sean Bean people!
SPECTRE PTS: Over/Under on length of time
10 minutes or less
OR
more than 10 minutes ?
