Bangkok, looks very magical.

Which Bond actor can you go to no matter what to cheer you up with any of his films?

Sean Connery

OR

Timothy Dalton

??

Sean Connery, I can only watch the Dalton's film if I'm really in the mood for them?

Who's gonna be the best Bond girl in Spectre, based off what you know so far?

Lea Seydoux (Madeleine Swann)

OR

Monica Bellucci (Lucia Sciarra)

If it's based on what *I know so far*, which as the Amy Pascal thread shows is a lot, then is "neither" an acceptable answer?

If not, I think Bellucci is much more attractive.

I want to answer, but don't really understand the question or am I just being stupid? :/

No, you're not being stupid. I think TWINE by far the worst shot film in the series. I was hoping somebody would pick a ratty b&w tv programme over TWINE.

Which has a better title song?

DN

or

QOS & DAD

....'QOS' & 'DAD' - as much as I love 'Three Blind Mice', I do like the guitar and orchestral riffs in those two songs (minus the singing.)

Who saved James Bond the most for their place in time?

Pierce Brosnan in 1995 after a 6 year gap and post-Cold War generation

OR

Daniel Craig in 2006 after a 4 year gap and post-CGI Bond generation

??

Brosnan. Bond was all but declared dead in a post Soviet world and Goldeneye proved their was still a place for the relic of the Cold War.

More absurd survival:
Jaws freefalling several miles and landing on a circus tent
OR
Bond getting shot and falling over 300 ft into a raging river?

Jaws free falling several miles and landing on a circus tent....the "flapping of the arms like a bird" didn't help either! :P

The CraigNotBond.com site and it's owner...do you think it/they are still trying to promote their rediculous campaign? Yes, we just don't hear about it unless one purposely goes looking for it OR No, they're probably lying dormant until Bond #7 is selected and then they'll start up again?

If James Bond were real and the films were autobiographical, which script would make Bond vomit after reading:
Diamonds are Forever
OR
Moonraker

Probably 'Moonraker' - it'd make a mockery of the man going into space and falling out a plane without a parachute!

Regarding the first official still and BTS footage from 'Spectre', what do you feel:

It's never been closer to this generation's 'OHMSS'. We're in for something powerful.

OR

Early days, but looks good with fresh action and a fresh location - this isn't going to link to any other Bond film

Very OHMSS. I mean, that still instantly reminded me of the Special Edition DVD case!

The goggles Craig is wearing in that pic:

Normal, buy-in-store ski goggles

something modified by Q branch ?

I think normal ones bought in store, discounted.

Will Austria be the setting for the finale of 'Spectre' -

YES - From BTS footage and reports, it sounds very possible this will be the finale

OR

NO - Just because a lot is going on there doesn't mean it will be

I'd say NO..just because a lot is going on there doesn't necessarily mean it's the final location for the film.

I'm somewhat surprised that we've heard very little about Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris and Rory Kinnear's filming since production started. Do you think that they have already shot all their scenes and have wrapped OR No, they're still filming at Pinewood?

If Seydoux was to appear again in Bond 25, would she...

- be a secondary Bond girl.

OR

- the lead Bond girl.

Probably a secondary Bond girl..

Craig's Bond going against Alec Trevelyan in Goldeneye or Brosnan's Bond going against Mads Mikelsson's Le Chiffre in Casino Royale?

Craig and Alec

Silliest scene in a Bond movie:-

Tarzan yell in Octopussy

or

PIgeon double-take in Moonraker?

Pigeon. We really didn't need to see that.

I don't think the characters in OP actually heard the Tarzan yell, any more than the car in TMWTGG emitted a slide whistle sound when it rolled over.

Better novel:

Fleming's TSWLM,

Gardner's COLD

or

Benson's Doubleshot

?

Based on the one I can remember more, it's 'Doubleshot'.

Best line from Prince Kamal Khan in 'Octopussy':

"Mr. Bond is indeed of a very rare breed... soon to be made extinct."

OR

"You have a nasty habit of surviving."

Who do you wish we saw again in Goldfinger?

Eunice Greyson as Sylvia Trench

OR

Jack Lord as Felix Leiter

Jack Lord as Leiter, even though his involvement and lines weren't good enough for him. I'd have preferred Rick van Nutter for GF and TB actually.

Which has the better scenery:-

FYEO

or

Goldeneye?

I think 'For Your Eyes Only' nabs it.

Stealing your theme...which film has better locations:

'The Living Daylights'

OR

'Quantum Of Solace'

??

I'll go TLD based on Vienna alone. LOVE that location.

Which continuation novel's title would be better suited for a future film (not necessarily utilizing the plot, just making use of the name):

Role Of Honour

OR

Never Dream of Dying ?

Role of Honor. (Perhaps the filmmakers can base it on Fleming's FAVTAK.)

Yes

No

Yes!

Biggest sudden scare in a Bond movie:-

Jaws in the wardrobe on the train in TSWLM

or

The cat on Stacey's staircase in AVTAK?

Stacey in AVTAK.

Seriously, though, I thought the cat was cheap (couldn't Glen have worked his doves in somewhere?). Jaws was a shock without the immediate chuckle over having been 'had'.

Better novel 2:

TMWTGG

Brokenclaw

TMWTRT

From what I remember...'Brokenclaw'.

Prince Kamal Khan - charming, educated and deceptive

Max Zorin - cold, calculating and dangerous
