Has to be Bond vs Mishkin - two rival officers of intelligence services going head to head with snarky remarks and put-downs. Great little scene, and actually nice to see them almost warm to one another.

YES - Craig's Bond seems to be one long journey, and 'Spectre' will be the first part of the finale

NO - Craig's Bond will face old threats but in new ways, and the next film will be stand alone, just carrying on certain elements

Surprisingly, I'd say yes..we don't want to traumatize the audience too much after having witnessed Bond's DB5 get blown up in Skyfall..

 

Will the Rome car chase be the main centerpiece of action for SPECTRE? Yes it will OR No, the Austrian plane crash sequence will be?

I'll say no. I'm sure the Rome chase will be insane, but I can't shake the feeling that the Austria sequence will be the most integral to the story.
