The boots will be out of shot (I would say) they are probably just there to stop him slipping when walking on rough and wet terrain.

And keeping his bloody feet warm.

Makes sense for Dan to be wearing the boots...they will NOT be in the shot and anyways why get your pair of REALLY expensive Tom Ford shoes all mucky while tredging across the Highland moors?

lol it does.

A side note, Judi is on Graham Norton tonight, hopefully they'll ask her a few Skyfall-related questions?

I found interesting that M has a coat and Bond hasn´t...

She took one, but Bond didn´t had time?

Apart from that, why did they stopped in the middle of a cold nowhere? Where are they looking at? Is the house surrounded yet?

Maybe Bond stops the car, and they have a heated discussion.

Either than or he's just going to leave her on the side of the road after getting insanely pissed off at her criticising his driving.

Exactly. Craig wore black sports shoes during filming of the Siena chase sequence, particularly when he jumped onto the bus. I remember the uproar that it caused, with people declaring it a "sartorial disaster" simply because he wasn't wearing dress shoes, which would have been totally impractical for filming the sequence.

It's the "Blue Mountain Grille", actually, which makes it all the more comical; what the hell does a mountain grille have to do with Italian food? :-P

I must say, Daniel is looking particularly sharp in this film - even rather reminiscent of Sean Connery in From Russia With Love.

Also, what a fantastic decision to scrap Duntrune castle for Bond's and Fleming's actual heritage in Glencoe. Brilliant touch, this film keeps looking/sounding better and better. :)

God, Craig must be a real beast! Watch how everyone else is wearing their insulated jackets and scarves and him just a suit jacket, a shirt and a tie! His buttocks must have been bellow zero!

It´s not for nothing that he is one of the hottest actors around.

His ice-cold stare must be reloaded sometimes.

It´s not Craig - it´s his double (courtesy of Blofeld Industries).

At least he´s not wearing his swimming trunks - shrinkage!

The suit is made by Q section and has built-in heaters.

He does it to spite M who always reminds him to bring a coat so that he won´t catch a cold.

A guy named monkeyfocus posted this photo on Instagram recently, with the caption: "This is the set for 007 Skyfall, the escalator slide stunt".

Posted Image

I asked him in which station the photo was taken, and the answer was: "It's the old Jubilee Line plattform at Charing Cross. It's been closed for many years".

What do you guys think? Bond slides down the tube chasing Bardem? Sounds good to me.
