Wow...That gadget is really, really cool.
Seconded - and a pretty nifty way to use it.
So, six participants - with two more possible participants to take their turns, let's see if we can get up to ten regulars this round!

I've noticed a few other people reading the thread, but I suppose there are always going to be people who enjoy reading our work but don't necessarily want to take part. And that's more than welcome, it's nice to see that there are people who enjoy reading our work.
I may get to submit my casting suggestion after all

I wanted to come up with something original rather than just have Bond copy some random goon's eye to gain access to a restricted room.Seconded - and a pretty nifty way to use it.
I was originally going to suggest a villain who through the combination of gold, frankincence and myrrh was the key to some kind of elixir. I got the idea after re-reading the UB treatment that involved alchemy and after watching the Top Gear Holy Land special when Jeremy Clarkson had no idea what myrrh is and couldn't find anybody selling it. Or the band of comedia della'arte performers as a gang of henchmen.

I think the gang of comedia della'arte performers as a gang of henchmen sounds like something that would be perfect in one of the two remaining future UB-Connery treatments - it just seems like it would fit perfectly with that sort of era. Especially if a post-DAF film were to segue into the start of LALD with the 'Rome Affair'.

Oh yeah, it's totally out of place for this one - unless Bond winds up in Italy and Falco sends his a gang of assassins after him and they all have a big showdown in the middle of the Colosseum or something.I think the gang of comedia della'arte performers as a gang of henchmen sounds like something that would be perfect in one of the two remaining future UB-Connery treatments - it just seems like it would fit perfectly with that sort of era. Maybe tdalton can let us know if he'll be participating this round...I know he sat out the Roger Moore epic, maybe Broz isn't his cup of tea either?
I'm planning on posting something, which will hopefully be within the next couple of hours. Haven't had a chance to get online at all today, so I haven't had much time to put any thought into my first submission.

Sorry to be so late with this, but this is the first time I've had the opportunity to get online in the last day or so. My suggestion for the Bond girl is listed below. It's a basic setup for now, as it's late and I haven't had too much time to work on it, but I always wanted to see Garner in a Bond film, and she would have been perfect for it around the time Brosnan was wrapping up his tenure in the role.
Anyway, like I said, the description of the character is somewhat weak right now, but I'll beef it up a bit tomorrow after I've had some time to think about it some more.
[EDIT] Just remembered that we've already had a Bond girl with the same name, so I'm thinking up a new one. Will post along with a more substantial character description.

KEY PLOT POINTS
19 Villain's Plot: The villain has come into possession (either in a perfectly legal manner or by stealing it) of a weather manipulation satellite that is intended to be used to bring rain to arid areas in Africa, Asia and South America. However, the villain plans on using it to decimate areas of oil mining such as the Gulf of Mexico and the Newfoundland coast in Canada.
Suggestion - The villain could demonstrate the sheer power of the weather manipulation satellite by aiming it at the Ganges and causing the water level to rise dramatically and instantly, causing massive flooding of the surrounding areas. This does not mean that India needs to be a location, the scene can be shown via a computer screen.
20 Pre-Title Sequence Stunt:
Bond is on a train, with orders to kill an enemy agent on board. But unknown to Bond, the agent is already aware of Bond's presence, and his mission, and has filled the train with his own henchman, ready to take out Bond once he makes his move. But Bond realizes what's going on when he uncovers a fake sommelier who fails to serve his wine correctly (a nod to the scrapped GE PTS), and a huge action-packed shootout ensues.

The process takes an hour, but it can be used sooner; the difference is that it will be less effective - Bond could use this to take a photo of his own eye, take the lens out early and then twist it on his eye to change the pattern of his retina in order to pass a retina scan and prove he is not James Bond.

Jennifer Garner as Kara, the top CIA/NATO/UN/whatever investigator tasked with finding out what (or who) is behind the weather abnormalities described in the plot description.
Excellent casting
I'm curious as to how this weather satellite is going to work. In my mind, I'm not picturing a single satellite, but a whole network of them in geosynchronous orbit. They fire specially-designed missiles onto areas of cloud cover (you cannot create something out of nothing - there needs to be something there to begin with); they detonate in the middle atmosphere and shower the target area with some kind of chemical that causes clouds to gather in that area. When a satellite is out of missiles, it automatically moves itself into a declining orbit and burns itself up in the atmosphere while a new satellite is launched in its place. The villains may have control of just one; however, when all missiles are fired, the effect of their seeding chemicals is exponential.
Yes - a network of satellites would work. I'd not given much thought into how they were going to work - having read various theories about weather manipulation ranging from the use of lasers, to sound waves to atmosphere seeding using various chemicals. I don't know that we need to specify at the present, although the laser version might be a bit TOO similar to Icarus - though it would fit with the act of god imagery that I've got in mind for the scene in India.
I should explain that the weather satellites have been legitimately developed for the purpose they're essentially being used for - though they're intended to have been used for humanitarian reasons, bringing water to drought stricken areas in the aforementioned areas from the proforma. The villain, this Sir Laurence, presumably had a hand in the development of them - and has a legitimate involvement in their operation and usage. He's simply using them for extra-curricular activities.
Anyway - Round 2 opens now.

20 Pre-Title Sequence Stunt: Bond is on a train, with orders to kill an enemy agent on board.

26 Bond's Car (inc. car gadgets - if any):
27 Gadget 1: A mobile camera phone that can be used to create false retinas. The camera is used to take a photo of a person's eye, and then copies the image onto a contact lens hidden in the phone. The process takes an hour, but it can be used sooner; the difference is that it will be less effective - Bond could use this to take a photo of his own eye, take the lens out early and then twist it on his eye to change the pattern of his retina in order to pass a retina scan and prove he is not James Bond.

24 Major Stunt 4: The villains are transporting cloud-seeding chemicals to a site, which they intend to spray before firing the satellite in order to increase its potency even further. Bond sneaks aboard, but is caught by Falco. He is danged out the back of an aeroplane for interrogation, but he is having none of it - he attacks Falco, using a hand gernade to rupture the massive tank of cloud-seeding chemicals loaded in the back of the place. Most of the redshirts are washed out the back of the plane, falling to their deaths, but Bond and Falco manage to hold on (Bond because he's expecting it, Falco because he's quick). The plane begins to climb steeply, leading to the tank becoming free. Bond throws himself out the back of the cargo bay while Falco is crushed by the tank. As everyone on-board the plane was wearing a HALO wingsuit (a special suit designed to aid aerodynamics and improve speed when freefalling), he is effectively able to jump from one plane to the next. As for Falco, we see a shot from the cockpit of the second plane as his body hits it square-on, finally killing him.

Whoops; will do:Nice choices everyone - with the exception of the fact we've already been to Quebec (and hinted at the Chateau) in the UB-Moore film. I would've liked to see somewhere different, mrblofeld - as noted by the 'no repeat locations' above the locations field! Perhaps you could change it!

I wanted something like the Orient Express (the Suchet Poirot was on last week) but didn't want to use the specific train, so looked up famous alpine trains and the Rhaetian came up and looked perfect for the job.
I think we've got an interesting mix of locations - not convinced about the House of Rock to be honest. It's somewhere I've never been and I don't think it quite fits with the Brosnan Era. Still, I'm sure we can do it.
I'd also suggest having Brosnan keep the Aston Martin from here on out.
Re: the stunt sequence I mentioned before, I suppose it could work for the Amsterdam sequences, tieing in with what others have suggested with it being the base location for Project Stormcaller. I read a book entitled Ordinary Thunderstorms which mentioned a 'Cloud Chamber' which had a gangway round the top from which the experiments would be monitored - I was going to suggest a good old fashioned bout of fisticuffs on the gangway round the top of a cloud chamber whilst a 'storm' is brewing below them in the chamber. A thug could fall down through the clouds and be impailed upon scientific equipment with Bond making the usual comment during the fight.

20 Pre-Title Sequence Stunt: Bond is on a train, with orders to kill an enemy agent on board.
21 Major Stunt 1:
22 Major Stunt 2: Within the Stormcaller base at the Oosterschelde flood barrier, Bond engages in fisticuffs on the gangway of a giant Cloud Chamber, with the storm the villains have activated brewing not just outside but in the artificially generated clouds below. His opponent falls to his death and after a quip ("He's feeling a bit under the weather") Bond runs off to rescue the Bond girl, captured scientist Vuursteen, or both, who has/have been taken by Maleko and are being forced into the back of a car. A chase past the pylons through stormy weather eventually has Bond forcing the bad guy off the road and over the edge into the tempestuous water. The girl/scientist makes it to dry land while Bond and Maleko struggle under water, eventually getting caught in the machinery of the flood barrier. Bond wrenches himself free as Maleko is crushed by the hydraulics. Emerging from the water bloodied and drenched, he's asked if he's alright. "Just a bit of sea sickness."
23 Major Stunt 3:
25 Finale Stunt:
STUFF
26 Bond's Car (inc. car gadgets - if any):
27 Gadget 1: A mobile camera phone that can be used to create false retinas. The camera is used to take a photo of a person's eye, and then copies the image onto a contact lens hidden in the phone. The process takes an hour, but it can be used sooner; the difference is that it will be less effective - Bond could use this to take a photo of his own eye, take the lens out early and then twist it on his eye to change the pattern of his retina in order to pass a retina scan and prove he is not James Bond.
