17 Villain's Plot:
The villain is Juliane Faust, a defence contractor and owner of Faust Defence Engineering, who is submitting a tender for the development the next generation of fighter jet. Her proposal involves the use of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), a computer simulation that can produce prototypes so quickly and efficiently that it will reduce the nation's defence spending by as much as eighty percent. She plans to demonstrate CFD through her Grand Prix racing team, Faust Grand Prix Engineering and the JFX-01 racing car, arguing that the competitive world of motorsport will showcase the CFD process and allow her to iron out the flaws in the system faster than in any other medium. MI6 suspects a foreign power is attempting to hijack CFD for themselves. Bond, however, discovers that the plan to build the fighter jet is a sham - in order to prove the system's worth, Faust has been sabotaging the delicate electronics of her rivals' cars with powerful electromagnets. Faust plans to run the fighter jet project into the ground, blowing out the budget and ruining the economy of the United Kingdom.

In his defense, I'm pretty sure it could be done without making it graphic or gory.
Good point. When can we add another idea. Because I've got one for "Girl 3:".

Nice choices, righty and moore, bringing Felix into the fold for the adventure (after he missed the fun in 'Talk of the Devil') and using Seattle as the first post PTS location.

The locations should be intrinsic and tied to the story not just used because we haven't gone there before. And be aware of what they contribute tonally to the story (i.e. Venice in ROYALE had been seen before - but the city of lovers was a physically vulnerable backdrop that fed into the story).
And don't get too tied up in technological-based stories. The best Bond films do not pin eveything on the technology (ROYALE, SOLACE, FROM RUSSIA, EYES ONLY etc). Use it to underline the characters, not vice versa.
And think of characters that are fully rounded and interesting because they are fully rounded and interesting and not just syphons for such and such a dreamcasting actor or actress. Good roles cast themselves.

Course. An interesting point, Zorin. That being said, it could be difficult to do given the overtly collaborative nature of the project.

Sure, the idea of motorsport is tied directly into the plot. And it would be great for Bond to visit somewhere like Silverstone. But that doesn't mean he has to; an enterprising soul could easily work in an explanation of a race in Seattle. The locations should be intrinsic and tied to the story not just used because we haven't gone there before. And be aware of what they contribute tonally to the story (i.e. Venice in ROYALE had been seen before - but the city of lovers was a physically vulnerable backdrop that fed into the story).

I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of action sequences people have in mind this time around. I'm rather surprised no one has posted any, yet.
My suspicions are that people are waiting to see what locations we end up with before we get the stunts - it's a pretty good way to go, to be honest. Last time, if it hadn't been for dino's brilliant pre-title sequence, I don't know how I would have combined your paragliding sequence with the Moscow setting - having the locations in place might also generate more stunt sequence ideas for people.
