I'm loving the cast and I've always been into the concept, but after Iron Man 2, I no longer have absolute confidence in Favreau. Hope the script is solid.

The concept sounds a bit snakes on a plane-ish. I can't say it appeals - but I'm willing to wait and see.

Read that a lot all over, strikes me kinda funny re QOS: IM2 would seem to be exactly the kinda sequel most Bond fans would have wanted for CR, basically a retread with a lot more of the same of what the first film dished out. Crazy world.

Don't have your worries about CAA as it's not a sequel, pretty sure Favreau simply attacks it ala the first Iron Man film.

The casting for this looking most promising I just hope it lives up to it's pedigree to see Ford of old as well as DC, Rockwell, Wilde & now Carradine and Dano this is going to have to be good to live up to it's cast!

So it looks like there will be a Cowboys and Aliens presentation at Comic-Con next month. Hopefully there'll be some footage shown and it hits the net! And if Daniel is there maybe someone will ask him what's going on with Bond 23.

Cowboys and Aliens will have an appearance and Q&A at Comic Con on Saturday, but the only confirmed guest so far is Jon Favreau. I was hoping DC would be there so someone could ask him about Bond 23. I'd just love to hear him say something like "Yes I'll be doing the next Bond no matter how long it takes".

As for COWBOYS AND ALIENS, it’s directed by IRON MAN’s Jon Favreau, and features Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford as gunslingers against spacemen. Considering the degree to which ladies love those leads, I’d say we have a winner. Though only Favreau is expected to attend. Hall H

In any case, C&A is set for release of July 29 next year, so they'll still be able to do a big presentation for it at the next Comic con as well.

Right, that might be the plan anyway. They play it VERY low key so far. Not a glimpse of anything or anybody, aside from this
