Love them both. Though i definitely miss Craig's cocky attitude from CR.

1. CR(best in the series)
2. QOS(second best)

-Daniel Craig is the best James Bond on-screen.
-Most Fleming out of all of them. Connery from DN and FRWL comes second.
-Both his films form the top 2.
-Craig is the one Bond that I'd be scared of. He could kick your ***. You can believe he's an assassin.

Casino Royale is the superior film, without a doubt.

I lost my heart to QoS on first viewing and two more viewings have not changed it. CR was smooth and wonderful and stylish and I love it as much as any of my Connery favourites....but QoS pushes all my buttons.

On second and third viewings, I knew what was coming at all the points where I gasped out loud the first time, but still gasped. I thoroughly embarrassed my friends by actually squeeking out loud while on the edge of my seat when he turned himself around at the bottom of the rope to shoot M's bodyguard while hanging upside down. Classic stuff.

In addition to the movie itself, the way Daniel Craig threw himself into QoS to the point of a wrecked shoulder, sliced off fingerpad and stitches in his face, and then be so modest about it, gives his performance added spice. Class act.

QOS is better because the movie has the revenge feeling, just like in license to kill, i like when bond is bad and a heartless assasin

CR for me. Better PTS, gunbarrel, titles, fewer action pieces, more spying, better plot & dialogue, villain and henchmen, Bond far more rounded character.

I should probably have waited until Craig's era is over but I voted for Casino Royale. I've only seen Quantum of Solace once but was disappointed by it. It may improve in repeated viewings for me but Casino Royale I've loved every time I see it. Also, Casino Royale benefited from being based upon a Fleming novel and felt a lot more "Bondian" to me. The only thing I liked better about Quantum of Solace is Bond didn't get a microchip in his arm.

QOS is the better film by a long medium shot. But it IS a revenge-themed film (even if the revenge angle gets resolved by the end) and thus is a bit earthier.

Put it this way: I might not mind if every Bond film was CASINO ROYALE'ish, but I think I'd need a change of pace if every Bond film was QOS'ish, despite the fact that it's better constructed.

Whatever though. I'm just glad I DON'T have to pick. So there. :(

Definitely Casino Royale. Better action, better plot and far better editing! QOS is an average one for me, but I think Daniel Craig's Bond is better in in that one.

It is all of that, and a bag of chips!

Favourite Daniel Craig James Bond film?

My favorite Daniel Craig Bond film is whatever turns out to be his last. It will be my favorite for ending a dull and forgettable era and possibly opening the door for better films and maybe a return to the fun and silliness that made the series successful in the first place.

"Fun and silliness" made the series successful, but it didn't make it good, you dolt. :( :)

I enjoyed QOS (mostly because Craig is a superb actor), but it's not in the same league as it's predecessor - so Casino Royale by some margin for me. The stronger story is what really sealed the deal, along with some of the little touches - which would be lost in QOS's erratic quick-cut editing style.

QOS is a worthy Bond film but not as good as CR.

When I voted (for CR), I expected to see something about 75-10 in favour of CR. I'm surprised the scores are as close as they are.

Well I don't think I could be described as "pasty", but I am inarguably white, and very much a limey, so that perhaps explains why I prefer QOS.

I thought CR was the best Bond film for 30 years. 5/5. It was always going to be a tall order for anything that followed. QOS 4/5, is a brave sequel. In some ways it is very good and in others it did not work. That is my opinion and probably the general feeling all round. A good film but not as good as CR or a very good action film but not very Bond. Something like that.

Wow... no accounting for taste.

To each his own, but I think Craig made Bond interesting again after that "dull and forgettable" period known as the Brosnan Era.

The poll is for a James Bond film, right?

Really kind of silly to have a vote with only one real choice....

Casino Royale by a mile. I thought that Quantum of Solace was pure fertilizer. I was left speachless and anxious to see Casino Royale again. I kept wondering what the hell was this after watching QOS.

Yes, we know. :(

For me, I think they're both among the best. Right now QOS is my #2 and CR is my #3 favorite. (However, on Tuesdays and Thursdays CR is my favorite).

CR for me. Better PTS, gunbarrel, titles, fewer action pieces, more spying, better plot & dialogue, villain and henchmen, Bond far more rounded character.

Practically my sentiments exactly, not to mention a better song, a more likable Felix Leiter, a better part for Rene Mathis, better cinematography, more classic scenes, and most certainly better editing, particularly during the performance of the stunts.

Casino Royale is the choice by a mile. It's not even close.
