Am I the only one to have noticed this...
...When Elvis falls down the stairs does his wig fall off?
Oh yeah, I got a kick out of that. And then I started noticed whenever he was patting his toup down. I ended up laughing when as Elvis and Greene walk past those decorative marble balls in the Eco hotel. I laughed thinking of poor bald Elvis.

Didn't you hear when she told him to get into the Beetle the second time?a thing that made me unintentionally laugh was Camille quitting her set of headphones and "guiding" Bond (headphones still on) with her own voice from the back of a roaring cargo plane. She must have quite a powerful voice!
Is that what he does? I never caught that, thanks! The sequence in question occurs when Bond is pulled over by the two policemen, and before Mathis is shot. The policeman asks for Bond’s ID, to which Bond pulls out a large wad of cash. I found that hilarious. Bond thinks he can just pay off these corrupt men and be on his way.

Mathis saying to Gemma not to give Bond wine
Elvis smiling to the guard in Tosca
When Bond throws his cellphone away after 'If you would avoid killing every possible lead'

Yeah, I loved that line." Bond what happened with Slate?"
" I'm not dwelling on the past, I don't think you should either."

My favorite of the few things Bond throws in that way is when he enters his hotel suite with Fields. He takes the keys from the porter, then just casually flings the keys across the room.

Personally I found Greene's complete madman style of fighting pretty funny. The guy was everywhere - and about finished the highly-trained secret agent with that wildness.

*I suspect, because their dialogue was good everywhere else in the film.

Did anyone else have some laughter in the audience when Bond dumps Mathis' body in the trash?
No, but 2 guys laughed when Camille opened up to Bond in the desert and said "He killed my father".
Also there were some chuckles when Bond and Camille had their freefall into the cave!! (much like the reaction to Bond "flying" after his bike in Goldeneye!).

The motorcycle rev/flip shocked me with a laugh.
Didn't expect M to be as funny as she was, even after CR. The "florists" line really got me going. So did her response to "dead end."
Elvis' wig coming off was great!
And may I say that while "It's time to get out" didn't have me openly laughing, I grinned from ear to ear and marveled at how the first line in QOS was every bit as Bondian-cool as the last line of CR.

He tells Bond "You know she's really quite stunning when you get her on her back"
and Camille replies "I wish I could say the feeling was mutual"
Possibly Camille's best line and a brilliant put down!!
Also didn't she threaten to break Elvis' wrist - a nice way of calling him a wanker!

Mathis: I think she has handcuffs
Bond: I do hope so.
When Fields trips Elvis on the stairs.
When Greene goes insane fighting Bond.
When Bond leaves Greene in the desert and tosses him the oil can.

That's the thing about Craig: he can make even the most everyday line - like "It's time to get out", something you might say when droping th kids off to school - sound like pure Bond. I doubt even Connery could have done that.
Ok, whoa whoa whoa, lets not get ahead of ourselves here. Everything Connery said was classic Bond stuff and I mean everything.

M: "What happend to Slate?"
Bond: "He was a dead end."
M: "That means he killed him."
Bond: "I missed!" *Flips bike over and kicks dude unconsious*
Bond's line to Felix on the phone about CIA and the taxi driver.

On topic
Loved the moment when Cam told the truth to Greene's partners and Green takes her away. Then Elvis comes to the embarassed men and tells something like: "What a wonderful night!!!" So funny!
Elvis is really great all the time!
Funny to always see M's surprise about Bond kiling leads
Last scene is moving and funny at the same time. Everyone was laughing when M is again surprised this time by Bond NOT killing a man
A lot of laughs were during that scene when she asks wether Bond can explain why Green was found in the desert with bullets in his head and oil inside
Loved when Dan is always throwing something away like keys, cell phone like he still doesn't give damn
1 more funny lil moment that I adore when M asks Bond if he discovered Green's passport ID and he's like arrogantly "No". (probably thinking "what a Boss I have!")
I find curious that Mitchell's name is Craig
And moments with Tanner are funny too. M seems to have another man to teach lessons

Which builds up to Craig's Spanish speaking payoff at the hotel lobby. The fact that they emphasized Fields playing it completely straight just adds to the humor.
The next best was the running gag between Bond and M about killing all the leads in the whole film. The payoff in Kazan was very funny and a bit touching as well.

"Documentos, por favor"
Bond pulls out a large wad of cash.
I haven't noticed that.
