What an amazing cliffhanger that was! June can't come soon enough.
Is it June yet?

Is the new Season starting in June ? Is the series over at this moment?
Yes, season 3 is over and 4 will start this summer.
But you know what I just realized - what the heck ever happened to Detective Paxson!?

Thanks for the info. I caught the last episode. Didn't think much of it. I just wish they would do away with the conspiracies and get down to story, otherwise it will end up as Alias.
I will look into character of detective Paxson. I can't say I remember him.

In the first half of season 3, Michael realized that to get Dt. Paxson off his back that he was going to have to prove to her that they were on the same side. He (with Sam and Fi) went after and took down a criminal that she had been after for a long time. After that Paxson left him alone.

True, I just read that bit on IMDB. Hehe. So much tv and so little memory.

Unless they start going the scifi route I'm not worried about is being like Alias. Is the new Season starting in June ? Is the series over at this moment?

Oh yes I nearly forgot that blunder with Rambaldi ! What a silly addition. Don't forget Prison Break ruined by family plot lines. Burn Notice should move forward. I like the way Chuck and Medium are shaping, there is some level of progress.

I've thought that one thing they have managed to do right is strike that balance between the typical weekly episode mission while working in Michael trying to find out who burned him. I liked the ending of the finale & how Management is back in the picture. That has the potential for some interesting stories next season. Also, I enjoyed the storylines this season with Michael's mother. I found her to be a bit overbearing in the first season but things seemed to click this season.

Sharon Gless steals that shows IMHO. Especially in that last episode...

I liked how she handles herself in the show but the final episode she was a bit over the top for my taste.

Good finale, I enjoyed Frasier's dad... I mean Management making a reappearance. That usually adds yet another level of excitement to the show.

If memory serves Jeffrey Donovan and Gabrielle Anwar sort of carried season 1, they figured out what a treasure they had in Bruce Campbell and gave him more to do in season 2, and Sharon Gless got a chance to shine in season 3, to the point where you see that Michael inherited some of his deviousness from his mom.
Early on they pretty much dropped the character of Michael's brother Nate when they realized that his presence didn't add much to the chemistry of the show. (That's not a slam against the actor who plays the character; the character of Nate really doesn't add anything to the show.)
Personally, I love seeing Michael's contacts and associates reappear: Barry the money launderer and Seymour the arms dealer are my favorites. I was disappointed that Seymour didn't feature in an episode this past season. Oh, well maybe season 4?

USA Network is feeling the burn. Although the fourth season of Burn Notice, the top-rated show on cable, has not yet finished production, President of Original Programming, Jeffrey Watchel, has re-upped the veteran series for seasons 5 and 6, each running at least 15 and 18 episodes, respectively. As Watchel told Variety, “Once Saturday Night Live makes fun of you, how can you not committ to extra seasons?” More after the jump:
The inclusion of Burn Notice in a SNL skit is proof perfect of how far original cable programming has come. Must See TV is no longer confined to broadcast networks or premium channels, instead FX, USA, TNT and AMC have all managed to develop award-winning shows that regularly lure in the ever-coveted 18-34 (or 18-49) demographic. Oftentimes this success is attributed to the laxer broadcast standards found on basic cable but the simple addition of more swearing and sex, while it does make life for interesting, cannot be the only reason. In all liklihood, the cablers have discovered what HBO has long known and what NBC, CBS, etc. still seem to miss: quality is always better than quantity. For 16 episodes, USA can guarantee a great season of Burn Notice but Fox cannot make that same promise with 24 episodes of 24.
According to Variety, “the Jeffrey Donovan starrer has been a ratings powerhouse since its inception in June 2007. Including live-plus 7 data, “Burn Notice” closed out season averaging 7.1 million viewers and 3.3 million in the 18-49 demo. The final episode was a whopper with 6.1 million tuning in.”
Burn Notice also stars Gabrielle Anwar, Bruce Campbell and Sharon Gless.

Nice magic trick Micheal pulled, with his watch moving from one arm to the other in the car.
It is part of Spy Training 101. I have seen Bryce do that a few times while holding martinis

What did not make sense to me was
Spoiler
I guess Vaughn just likes to shoot first ask questions later. Who would believe a burned spy without actual evidence anyways? Stupid Vaughn.
