To some extent it looks ridiculous to see actors with bloated expressionless faces. Why are we all so obssessed with how actors and actresses look? Oh well . . .
Anyway, I saw tonight's mid-season finale. Quite a big moment for Michael's relationship with Fiona . . . and his attempts to rejoin the CIA.

Am I the only one that cringes when they throw their Irish accents out there for all to hear?

Forgot to set my recorder for last week. Here's hoping that the second episode makes it possible to catch up. How was it anyway?

Gabrielle Anwar is 40! I'd have thought late twenties to mid thirties at most. What a beautiful woman.

Seems like season 3.5 is flying by - only 2 more episodes left before the finale. The storyline with Gilroy & that flight is getting interesting.

Interesting article/pictorial re Donovan's fitness routine in one of the new men's mags. I was interested to learn that he chose the regimen deliberately to create the sort of physique that was required for the role: something that conveyed real physical presence, especially in the fight scenes--yet which allowed him to blend in when required to play the harmless fool. This addresses the real problem that I've had with Craig/WonderBod: he looks buff as all get-out but, for a professional spy, that would really work against him. Go, Jeff.

Agreed. Didn't see that twist coming. I've been digging this season. The build-up with the Gilroy story has been quite good. The finale looks like it will be interesting to say the least. One more episode to go, eh? The last show was wonderful with a welcome dark twist at the end. Can't wait to see who the heck the new psycho villain will be.
