Just when I thought I dodged the Julian McMahon bullet with Casino Royale.
Ha, yes, remember last year when Sony did the same thing, people on this forum assumed that they were going to announce Julian McMahon as the new Bond, complete with a secretly-filmed CR teaser trailer?

That's rubbing it in for the chap with the eyebrows, isn't it?
What's Roger Moore got to do with this?

When the Sony ad aired was there any footage from the new trailer or no?
Nah, just an image of the teaser poster with Criag at the poker table.

Oh, ok. Damn, I can't wait that much longer and with school starting in 6 days, I won't be online that much anymore. I just hope it gets leaked.
Chances are it probably will.

A lot of you seem to be assuming this is the full theatrical trailer, but do we know that? Wouldn't it make sense that it is in fact a second teaser, the full trailer to follow?
Binyamin, out.
Sep 5th is just over two months away from the release of the film. Why would they be putting out another 'teaser' this late in the game? The teasing phase is over, its time to put out.

Why does he pluck and shape his eyebrows?! Hasn't anyone told him it looks ridiculous?
What's that? Off topic? Oh... sorry

Late August, early September, around there. When during the program will they show it. At 10:00 sharp or later in the show?
As I recall from last year, the trailers were shown about halfway through the episode.

Do you guys think it would be on the offical site first? Do you think after that we will start getting clips? Will this trailer have some CR music in it like DAD? Anyone done a google search, I did ,nothing...Any new new's?
No, I think the point is that the trailer premieres during Nip/Tuck. Sony have shelled out big bucks to buy out all the advertising space, they're not going to blow their wad prematurely, if you'll pardon the expression.

Of course there could always be a bootleg version surfacing between now and then. Presumably the trailer is done and ready at this point...

Not everyone wants to dodge that particular bullet. This quote is from Defamer.comJust when I thought I dodged the Julian McMahon bullet with Casino Royale.
This, quite simply, encapsulates exactly what's missing with Craig and explains why its constantly necessary to defend him in the role.Today, 8/18, the more famous Julian McMahon of Nip/Tuck, also at Paramount (sorry.) He's very pretty and tall and has broad shoulders and is ludicrously good-looking. I was in the process of trying to walk and drink coffee at the same time, which led to me spilling it all over myself and generally looking like a retard. McMahon paused, amazed that I was blocking his path, and raised his eyebrows in polite, devastating disbelief. Scrapbook moment!

I don't see anything that would imply that.
