Wot, no mint juleps?
Haha, fresh out! Good thinking though! Ended up drinking half a bottle of Martini though, so I'm a bit giddy now!

I watched this two days ago. I've always had a good experience with it.Think it's a good night for Sam Mendes' first ever Bond film experience, Live And Let Die...

At this point, I really just want to watch Skyfall.
That's two of us.

When I did it a while back it took me about three months, so maybe I'll start it in September.

EDIT: I just watched Octpussy for possibly the 30th time, and for the first time I noticed that, during the end crawl, the footage of the all-girl barge starts moving backwards just as Rita Coolidge starts the refrain for the second time.
Hell of a thing, those UE DVDs - especially with a 32" flatscreen.

I must say I really enjoyed TMWTGG. I hadn't seen it in years, and I remember I thought very little of it. Yet I was found myself rediscovering a very great movie. Apart from the ludicrous 2 scenes with JW Pepper, the movie is highly enjoyable and has a good plot and cast (notably Lee's great performance).
FYEO was also great, as I remembered it to be. I remember I read a post by David M here, a while back, about Bond getting back to Earth as a sort of testament to solid detective/spy adventure, and I must say this is really what I had in mind when watching it again.
On the whole, 2 great treats!
Next on the list is an umpteenth re-viewing of TSWLM and OP...
