Another Scene from Tomorrow Never Dies
"Oh heaven knows, I've been lost at sea...... Adrift!"
Carvers face is a picture.
It's "I'd be lost at sea, adrift". He's talking about how he'd feel if he was to try to write a novel.

All the moments that are meant to be humorous in CASINO ROYALE are very funny (a change after the Brosnan era imo). Bond running through the wall, Vesper owning him verbally during their train conversation, asking her if she's okay despite nearly dying of poison, his bewildered WTF reaction to Mendel's laugh, his defiance of Le Chiffre during the torture scene etc. Who'd have imagined that the one Bond film which has some of the darkest moments in the movie franchise ever also contains some of the funniest and in the case of the torture scene both at the same time.

I always found the dealer's resemblance to Charlie Sheen quite hilarious.

Sorry if this has been mentioned already but the one that tops them for me so far is the scene in CR where Dan parks the van setting the alarms off for a diversion then nonchalantly lobs the keys over his shoulder.
Sheer perfection.

I always thought the term 'Nicked' refered to stolen, so when I first saw Casino Royale and Bond announced to the receptionist that he "Nicked the door", I just imagined Bond running down the beach with an Aston Martin DB5 door!
I know it sounds stupid but I lol'ed in the Cinema at it.

Tibbett, Sir Godfrey: Another wealthy owner?
James Bond: Who knows? But she (Stacey Sutton) certainly bare closer inspection.
Tibbett, Sir Godfrey: We're on a mission.
James Bond: Sir Godfrey, on a mission, I am expected to sacrifice myself!

Vesper Lynd: But it wouldn't be a stretch to imagine. You think of women as disposable pleasures, rather than meaningful pursuits. So as charming as you are, Mr. Bond, I will be keeping my eye on our government's money - and off your perfectly-formed
.
James Bond: You noticed?
Vesper Lynd: Even accountants have imagination. How was your lamb?
James Bond: Skewered! One sympathizes.

Yes, and the expression on the mans face after a car goes through his house just as he is enjoying a glass of wine, always makes me chuckle.Surely there was a part of a Bond film that made you laugh
Here are some that were funny to me:
The part when Jaws and his mates ran a car off a cliff and exploded; Jaws was the only survivor (Spy Who Loved Me)

Thunderball, skeet shooting:
007: "Looks terribly difficult...(BANG!)...no it isn't is it?"
The look on Largo's face kills me.
