"Oh no I'm not!"
YOLT:
"Mr. Osato believes in a healthy chest."
"Really..." [Perfectly delivered]

"I'm happiest... in da saddle! Ah-hahaha."
There was quite a bit of sexual innuendo in AVTAK.
Doesn't Bond also say that he was a "little restless but I managed to get off eventually".

Yep.
Also I like in Octopussy after Bond escapes from PKK and his men and jumps in the water into the tourists boat the lady says something like:
"Are you with our tour mister?"
Bond: "No miss I'm with the economy tour." hahahahaha the way he says it is so funny.

I agree with DAF, despite being a pretty average film, the dialogue is wonderful, very witty.

Another one of my favorites is during Brosnan's first outing with Q, where he picks up Q's sandwich with curiousity, wondering what kind of top secret device it could be and Q retorts:
"Don't touch that! That's my lunch."
By the way, my wife and I are watching through all the Bond films, and I'm making note of all of the funny parts in Bond. I'll post a full list here when I'm finished.
Regards
Wint and Kidd are hilarious; I hope she enjoys them.

Gets me every time!

Cop 1 - That look like a boat stuck in the Sheriff's car there, Eddie?
Cop 2 - Boy, where you been all your life? That there's one of them new car-boats.
Pepper - By the powers invested in me by this parish, I hereby do commandeer this vehicle and all those persons within. And that means you, smartass!

I'm actually doing this, but my Bond watching has been a bit slow in the past few months. Maybe I'll finish this at some point.

Sometimes some of the jokes in Bond are pretty tired - but sometimes they're downright funny - at least enough to crack a smile.
What do you think is the funniest Bond moment?
TWINE : Introducing "R" with the coat.

I have no problem at all with the line its just the way Brosnan delievers it. Actually Yeah, I do have a problem with the line, everytime I hear him say it, I am reminded of that crappy kids show (Saved by the Bell) on Nickelodeon.
But what I do like is the line from Tomorrow Never Dies....
"The Keys.... someone always forgets them...Whats happening....What are you doing.... I'm driving..... get off.... GET OFF!!!.... Get on the back!"

A brillaint line, which was improvised by Brosnan himself, The Director apparently told both Pierce and Yeoh to not let eachother on the bike, It paid of in the end.

Mharkin I take it you've been watching Tomorrow Never Dies recently? A lot of your comments lately seem to be about the humour in it.Another Scene from Tomorrow Never Dies
