Agree with you entirely Alessandra...she's terrible for the part and I know that I for one don't find her very attractive.

The only way I could see her in a Bond movie is if she were the villian (in my head Nena Blofeld always looked a bit like her). Even then she wouldn't be my first choice by a long shot.

Actually there were some fans at OO7Forever (back in 2000) who were pushing for Halle Berry to be a Bond girl. Looks to me that the producers were listening.

well I dounderstand you enjoyed her in Tomb Raider, and of course I am not questioning her acting skills... or her capability to play the tough cookie!

Another Pike? No thanks. She was dull as ditchwater. Her so-called cut-glass upper class English accent made her sound terribly stiff and rehearsed. I like English accents, but not when they sound like they're talking through their teeth.

I want someone more exotic for Vesper. It's not like the only possible choices for Bond girls these days are either American ones or British. What about all those lovely European Bond Girls from decades past, like in the early films?

A nice, Lucianna Paluzzi-type for Vesper would be grand.
