Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 2.
Pretty meh so far. Nowhere near as good as season's 3 or 4 (2 was hard to find).
Those Star Trek Next Gen DVD's are so damned expensive! Last time I checked they were about $130 bucks!! I have seasons 6 and 7, but fear I might have to rely on Santa for any other seasons, unless I win big in Vegas!! lol..

I know!
The prices for the different seasons themselves are so wildly different. Some are $68, some $54, some $139. They all have the same amount of material: why the huge range in prices??? Six and Seven are the worst offenders, the rest shouldn't be more than $70.
Nonetheless, it's still better than The Original Series: all three seasons over $100.

Try Amazon Marketplace, you can find pretty good deals for all of the other seasons. Bought Season 5 new for $39.

Still a fantastic western, one of the best. The features on the SE are excellent, too.

Absolutely, Paramount tends to be second only to A&E and Rhino wieh it comes to pricing their box sets well out of what most people can afford. Right now the MSRP on the TNG sets is about seventy bucks at Tower Records, still waaaay out of the price range of most.
As for my most recent purchase, the third season of Reno 911!, great stuff.

What the hell, bought it yesterday for $2 at a Cash Converters (pawn shop). Amazing what one can find in one of these places.

Superman Returns, which is basically just a 2-1/2 hour loving tribute to the orginal, made me want to go back and see it again.
