BC, the posters are only in the sceens in the film taking place at the WB lot and in Dalton's characture's house. Which is basically the beginning of the film :)

Right.

Still not sure I want to see this movie though.

Will some screenwriter please write the spy buddy comedy with Dalton and Lazenby? These guys need work!

Lazenby does. Dalton doesn't.

Maybe they could call it, the spy and the poorboy. Where Dalton, whom is the master spy, leaves on a mission and is presumed dead and his operation is suceeded by his friend in training, Lazenby.

Eventually Lazenby pulls through and shows that he can spy after all when he rescues Dalton and they kick :) together.

That's a very generous plotline you know.

Cool stuff. The Operation Conspiracy poster actually looks quite cool!

Got any screencaps of the Daleks in it?

It's either a sexual reference, or I have a one track mind.

These posters; the more I look at them, the more I think I could have done them all better myself in photoshop.

Yes, the man may have aged a lot since his last outing, but he looks great. In fact he looks better than Brosnan (the current Bond) does. I'd pay real money to see Dalton back as Bond (well, I'd pay money for the next Bond film anyways :)). I think if Brosnan doesnt come back, then they should get Dalton back for one last outing, fans would go wild (or just the Dalton fans, but you never know).

As for Loony Tunes, I liked it, but Dalton was not in it enough.

No doubt he looks great for his age, but to enjoy his Bond, we gotta accept it was meant to be 2 films or nothing at all.

Dalton playing Bond would be cool again, but in these days, it's about box office, not creativity, having Dalton would mean telling a story, I wouldn't have wanted Dalton in Die Another Day, would of been a joke and a crime since he woudn't of had much to do just like Pierce complained about the film. Bond is a different creature now until the producers want to start taking risks, when they do, well at least Dalton's 2 films serves as blue prints in how to get it done, Quintin Tarantino at Kill Bill premiere commented Dalton did a good job, so creatively people know what the score is with Dalton's Bond, his importance to the role can factor in the future of the Bond fanchcise, even if he's not playing Bond no more.

I'm thinking about getting it just for the fact that Timothy Dalton's in it, and hell, it's Looney Tunes! Everyone loves that stuff.
WHat are your recommendations?

Looney Tunes Back In Action is a fabulous funny silly movie.
I'm surprised more Dalton fans aren't giving it more love.
He plays an actor who plays a secret agent who really is a secret agent.
There is a quasi-Bond theme, plenty in-jokes and Dalton shares the screen alongside Daffy Duck and Steve Martin.
It is very funny and very knowing.
Dalton sends himself up rotten. He makes Roger Moore's role in The Cannonball Run look like Hamlet!
Highly recommended, not just for Dalton/Bond but the visual feast and endearing sharpness of it.
Directed by Joe Dante (who apart from Gremlins etc) also made the vastly under-rated but similarly affectionate Matinee
:cooltongue:

A lot of people seem to hate this film, for some reason. But I think it's a lot of fun. :cooltongue:

Kevin McCarthy turns up carrying a pod in one scene, as well.

Small world.

It was fun. I guess it gives us an idea what a Dalton starring Moonraker, Octopussy, Diamonds Are Forever or A View to a Kill would have looked like.

I liked this. A lot of people seemed to dislike it on some kind of principle, but I thought it was very funny and creative as these things go.

I wish they had released it in 1996 instead of "Space Jam" which was a big diappointment to my ten year old self.
