The player has ONE of these to make in the next 24 hour period. At least one person probably knows who it is...

Did you not read the posts, we all should know who it is now.

It is SnakeEyes.

Next time you should really blank out the times that you sent the messages.

It seems we complain when a. the challenge is too hard and b. when you are given help to succeed in it.

Is everything ok at home?

Yes, I think it's pretty clear who this XXX is, and it's not you brendan.

Still, we have to be cautious of everyone...

And now you are going to wait until everyone else in the game is offline and make your post, and tell someone to post after it. It is so easy for you to get this exemption.

Ok team, from now on if anybody wants to use the word, we use it like this b*nd. That way we can say what we want without radically altering our posts, and when someone does finally use it we'll know for sure its them

Yeah, we must be more dilligent in our care of whom we quote, must we not?

You surprise me with your insight and obvious hand holding help Fraternal.

The mole has a job to do: misinformation and setting the seeds of confusion, thus eliminating the scent they leave behind to make the follower wonder if there was anything there in the first place.

Just like your help in challenege 2, when you lost us 7,000 points. The only person to lose points in that challenge I believe...

Do we really trust such people?

What was it matt said, something about appearing to win whilst losing as much as possible...

**** smells a rat :)

Okay, that means any post today before 8:01 doesn't count for today's hunt right ?
So this one isn't the one to catch.

And watching his post, I made me wonder. How many times can SnakeEyes (or anyone else say... the Mole) try to catch XXX ? Because if there is no rule, he could use up all our tries just to be save (like he just did), which wouldn't be real fair. :)

This isn't a very fair game is it?

Ahh, that's why one of us has the sole purpose as posing as a legitemate contestant whilst causing the rest to lose under their very noses.

So no, fair isn't what this game is.

If we were being THAT cautious, you should have spent a "caught" on that post.

Q you make a very good point here. If this was to be done (The Mole would never do anything so clear) by the Secret Player it would of course be horribly unfair to the rest of you.

Can't believe he/she hasn't thought of this already, but I have amended the Challenge Description on Page One accordingly.

Well reasoned Q.

I still reckon as a team, if any of us want to say bond, we spell it like this b*nd. that way any one who doesnt can immediately be caught

Yes, I noticed that, as well, albeit a bit late since there was quite the chat going on there. I noticed you also slipped one in earlier, with your CAUGHT, that Matt deemed pyschological warfare; HOWEVER, depending on the timing, I think Q-Zar missed an chance to catch you (or, with the major time zone differences, that was pre-hunt).

That was deliberatly posted to provoke 2 things:

1) You worry i'll waste all your caughts.

2) To make you potentially waste a caught on the post as it included the word SLUGHEADS.

However, this would have been a grave mistake as, if you check times and dates, it was made a couple of hours before the 'next day' of the challenge. There is no 'time zone' for the mole. Matt says when the 'days' start and end and we all have to play within those boundries.

Trs, the sharpest tool in the pack, failed to catch me whilst he was active on the boards.
You know the word.
You know the stipulations.
I'll even admit you worked out who XXX was.
But failed to catch me.

The brief glimps i've afforded you of my tactics has only encouraged you to double your efforts. Who says I don't like Moore. Have fun!

I was about to make a "caught", but I was looking at this topic at the same time, and saw Matt's "the hunt begins" started after that post. So I figured it wouldn't count.
And uhmmm another thing, he is supposed to make one post concerning the B word each day, however there are already three today.

Seeing the post above, I can say "CAUGHT" and catch him !
Never is it said that in case of several posts, the oldest one counts.
It's also not said that the posts have to made in the sections in the order listed, it just says "one here, one there, ...".
So :
1) he posts the B-word in one of the concerned sections
2) I'm the first to react

Valid catch ?
