ok guys, I've been bitten by the acting bug. Since reading the play, we have acting practice, where we dress up and recite the play as the characters. Since Iago is my favorite character in the play, I've been raising my hand to play him every time we do acting practice! And guess what else? I'm going to be playing Iago in the trials of Othello and Iago that we're going to be performing after Thanksgiving Break (this week)!
If you haven't already done so, watch the 1995 film version of Othello with Laurence Fishburne as Othello and Kenneth Branagh as Iago. Fantastic film adaption.

i know, i really need to see the movie, but i don't want to see it before we finish the book, because you know, it might spoil everything. if we don't watch it in class i'll rent it.ok guys, I've been bitten by the acting bug.
