I'm crunching numbers now and headed out in about two weeks. I'll report from the field.

Possibly another report from the Hooters Hotel pool?

"Well, you'd be surprised the amount of wear and tear that goes on out there in the field."

Mmmmmm....Bunnies....

.....Bunnies....

*Elmer Fudd voice* "Shhhh!...Be vewy, vewy quiet...Me huntin' wabbits..."

*Ahem...Coughs*

I leave a week from today.

Airline ticket - STATUS CONFIRMED

Hotel reservation - STATUS CONFIRMED

I'm off for Vegas for three nights and to lock down the dates. I have a breakfast meeting with one of the event coordinators. She - having checked out our credentials with both the Luxor and Tropicana - KNOWS OUR NAME! and is thrilled about the event. I will say that it will happen in August.

If I do hit a multi-million dollar jackpot, airfare won't be required. I'll just send the jet with some bunnies dressed (minimally) as flight attendants. Vespers, caviar and smoked salmon mandatory.

How is it that these DTTB threads are only below the Superbowl and the Presidential Election in rank? Looks like we're back on track for round 3...

As much as I like travelling with Southwest, this private jet sounds much more entertaining... mmmh, bunnies...

Good luck on that jackpot 003! I hope the results are just slightly better than this

We're... third?!? How can anything as trivial as those others hope to compare to the import of DTBB? *shakes head*

WTF?....

THIRD?

No kidding darkpath...Some people  ...Yeah. I can't figure it out either.

I'm also planning to meet with lovely/deadly Alicia and share a "few rounds" with her. Those rounds being 9mm, 7.62, .223 & .357. I'm sure she'll put me to shame. Good news, the Browning's sights have been adjusted and secured. It'll see some action this year. There *might* be a new addition to the Bryce family of firearms as well.

*Beavis laugh* heh-he-hehe-heh.

Yes...Considerably. :(

No...Really!

What do you have in 7.62mm? Enquiring minds want to know!

It is either new, didn't make the DTBB2 trip last year, or I overlooked it.

No, you didn't.

Besides D-O-7 - I know you. You never miss.

I'm toying with an HK-91 from the range in addition to the MP5 and Uzi. Now that's a rifle. Then, if they'll just let us borrow that RPG, we'll be in for some serious fun.

For my own arsenal, I'm strongly considering a Beretta. Either the 92-F 9mm or a 70s in .380.

Looking at both. Thinking about both. Making a decision on one or the other. The boys really want their .38 classic derringers though. So do the girls. Flicka and Miss West mostly.

Actually 003, I missed once. It cost me an extended visit at Shrublands, lesson learned. :(

I sure was impressed with the MP5, so I'd expect similar quality from the HK-91. With that said, there is no such thing as a bad Beretta. I envy the decision you have to make - and look forward to testing the results!

The Venitian is "HONORED" to provide for DTBB3. Details soon.

Yes, Miss West and I did some "intensive" investigative work.

You know, restaurants, bars, cabanas, bars, casino, bars, in room jacuzzi tubs, bars, in suite mini-bars, bars, hospitality VIP suites, bars, clubs (with bars), firing range, bars, silhouetted dancers, bars and we also found time for a few drinks at the bar.

"The things I do for DTBB."

Considerably.

Soon as I finalize the contract. Hopefully next week. Keep the pen at the ready....Or just make it payable to "Galpin Ford" and in the memo write "John Bryce - Custom AM DBS" - Sign it and then Fed-Ex it to me. I'll take it from there.

Alicia sends her love (and lead) to her "favorite group of spy guys".

Oh there are certainly Gondolas. I didn't see any coffins with knife throwing thugs.

Dates will be announced when they're locked. The site will be updated as well.

As it is inevitable, this year we'll be keeping a registry log in the hospitality suite for any Kills. Agent Leiter and agent Lipton had a lot of "clean up" work after last year. Jaguar leaving bodies in elevator shafts, Double-O-seven tucking them behind planters (that time share Smersh bastard deserved it) and not that there's anything wrong with that, just let us know the simple stats - you know, self-defence, assassination attempt, goon hiding in the closet or under the bed, waitress got your drink order wrong or served me blended scotch and then manner of their death. Lead poisoning, beaten with a heavy piece of furniture, rapid deceleration trauma, drowned in a sink or toilet *wags finger at Joyce*, fell on a knife backwards sixteen times, tripped and fell into your fists or feet a dozen or more times before their neck snapped, slipped into a bath with a hairdryer etc...

It's just going to make things easier. Lastly, for the ladies - any damage to clothing or nails incurred will be reimbursed for this year. An oversight last year. My apologies. Flicka broke two nails and that REALLY (no, really) pisses her off and Nurse Schlott got a run in one of stockings during a knife fight as well and I didn't hear the end of it for a few weeks.

It'll all be included in your briefing documents and the log book will be available from any of the staff. Just update it as you need to.

The hardest part was editing the digital recordings of the elevators and the payoff to hotel staff and security... (Try imagining the look on my superiors faces when I presented my expense report with all the "creative" wording to cover MI6's [censored].)

As to the "Log", please be sure to wear the gloves provided and use your cover script so on the off chance SPECTRE does aquire said log that there is no evidence linking any of you.

Thank you for your support,

Felix Leiter

Hopefully the Venitian has:
a) Rules against Timeshare-SMERSH operations
 Planters large enough to stash more than one body in
c) All of the above

Looking forward to it guys and gals!

I don't think Venetian has Timeshare-SMERSH agents, but if they do, at least you can fit a body underneath a gondola.
