Cheers Homerjbond :)

You're correct about my quote.

Your quote is from AVTAK, DLibranow.

"Yes, it usually is. Thank you."

That would be Bond responding to the priest in the FYEO pretitles sequence.

"License to Kill....or be killed"

Correct.

Your quote is From FYEO (Hector Gonzale talking about Bond. Actually in that scene is Gonzales talking to Bond? talking to his henchmen? or talking to himself?? :) )

"Get'em back to work!"

You have the right film and time of the film, that's good enough. :)

You don't have the right characters.

Correct about my quote. :)

Your quote is from just after the pre-title sequence of MR when Bond tells Moneypenny about the whole parachute business. And then says "You don't believe me do you?". Or something like that.

Try this: "Control yourself ------"

Did Gen. Gogol say this at the racetrack in AVTAK? You know when May Day picked up the KGB agent.

"Oh thank you 007!!"

Isn't this what Bond offers to Scaramanga at the boxing match? It actually perfectly describes Scaramanga - and is an excellent response to Scaramanga's tale of how he started down the dark path to take pleasure in killing people...
