This is the cool and fun MoneyPenny taking a shot at Bond TMWTGG. The moments between Moore and Maxwell were really great. Good chemistry.
How about this one:
"The girl must not be harmed."

For your quote, Righty, it was Whisper in LALD.
"Your luggage has been unpacked, sir."

I'm almost certain he says "I open champagne."

Though I'm almost certain Whisper says "Shall I open it."
You're post was not there when I started to write mine, Homerj. You're post is from Octopussy (the female assistant in the Hotel).
Here's a quote; "You have found yourself."

This one has already been done. It's Solitare to 007 in Live and Let Die.
"What happened to my friend?" (or something like that)

"You've just killed James Bond."
"My Father loved it here."
"What's the matter, Jim? Relax baby."
"There's someone on the roof."
"I don't know how to say goodbye."
"He certainly left with his tails between his legs."

That was Felix Leiter in the bar when he comes back to the table to find Bond missing.
"I am here"

Now for yours Kingdom.
1. Moneypenny in OP.
2. That's Tiffany in DAf
3. That's FYEO, Melina to Bond. I'm pretty sure she says "My father loved the view from here."
4. Thats LALD, the taxi guy, the bad one. I'm pretty certain he says "What's happenin' baby".
5. I think you mean Kamal Khan. it's actually "On the roof, trouble" I think.
6. OP (Magda)
7. DAF Bond talking to Tiffany about, Mr Wint.
And I know this is the "RM movie quote competition Righty" But it's ok to do others occasionally.

Maybe you're write, I don't know. I just wanted to see if I could get all of Kingdom's quotes correct.

I wouldn't blame you if I did not believe me, DL, but I knew that Moneypenny actually says "I am over here." I was going to write that, but I don't want to aggravate people by being the D--k-Head who corrects every quote. I think a lot of people were probably loosing patience with me.

I have to admit I don't know were you quote is from at the minute.
